The RNS says a number of potential funding options. Quite frankly if worst comes to worse they can issue 5 billion shares . It’s either that or lose all funds.

I’m not sure what you mean. An evaluation requires something to evaluate . Whether this comes off is another matter. They may have indicative terms , some may be offers. They can’t say offers unless all the options are offers. Plural

So it’s the word potential then. You do appreciate that without that word there is a way to go between acceptance and agreement so I don’t really get your fixation on that word but not “evaluate”

UG by the same token you are not willing to countenance that evaluating potential financing options means reviewing offers of different type of financing. Indeed you have said it’s not possible.

I let me rephrase . If funding is found (which you don’t believe) would oval x’s warrants apply. They’ve gone haven’t they but their book may have been transferred along with the warrants? Or are warrants normally entity specific?

I didn’t say that either UG . Terms on the table is different from an agreement
