Truth factory. He had several million to play with and some advanced tech. We were told in recent RNS’ that one deal at least was imminent. It takes time to build businesses and luck and financial acumen. This appears to me decent tech. I’d just like to know how we go from a positive rns in January to seven weeks to go in April and this may be over? The LA in the Q and A suggested this was good for shareholders because of upcoming catalysts. The bench mark was set at 0.73 . 8 months in and we haven’t been anywhere near. This looks to have been a poor deal for NNN. It only works if the catalysts the board indicated would happen , did. Where are the catalysts? Even 1 catalyst. Lansted were allocated nearly 600 m shares. I wonder whether they’ll be selling a significant amount of their remaining shares. Will there be TR1s?

I don’t think Cave bought his shares apart from 1500 worth last year I think. But from a reputation standpoint I’m really surprised after all the work that there isn’t a viable plan b . What happens to the ip , the products etc . There are reputations to think of. There are people working at NNN to think of. Bod will lose their money too.

What has happened to all the money? Why was it spent the way it was and why is it that as far as we know not one project of worth has materialised commercially. where are the catalysts that would have made Lansted work?

Hi Rooky, I don’t want to believe this is a fraud but I would like to know this. If things were so grave back in January why the positivity with The RNS in January and the positive tweets after? Surely shareholders should have been told far sooner than this I would support an investigation but for some reason I don’t want to believe that there has been wrong doing probably because it means I would have been so badly taken in and naieve. Maybe this is nothing but a case of poor running of a business. Why weren’t they controlling costs far sooner?

Where is Cave in all this? Is he just going to let his life’s work fall apart? With a whimper? Down the toilet

UG on your numbers there has been a cash burn of 2m per year - so can you explain please how it’s not 33 percent of a higher figure. Presumably quite a lot was spent on the spinning disc for example.

Thanks UG . You were correct on the numbers and most things else. The problem with the internet is you don’t know who has an agenda or not. I also believed the RNS’ . I’m stuck now. Won’t touch this type of share again. May aswell ride this now and literally pray they find some cash liquidity back by one of the tonnes of projects they said they were doing. I feel let down but ultimately I will survive

As a result, the research and development (R&D) incentives for both small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) and large companies have been enhanced in recent years to encourage and reward greater innovation in the UK. More information on how these incentives work is detailed below.

What this means for small companies
The R&D tax credit available to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is a 230% super-deduction with the cash back available to loss making SMEs being c33% of the qualifying expenditure.

The cash value of claims for tax paying companies is c£25 for every £100 of R&D spend (based on a 19% tax rate) and c£33 for companies with losses

Aiming I can’t give you an answer. I wish I could but I’m totally in the dark . Its liquidation or a deal of sorts is in the offing. Otherwise why bother with all the tweets, the websites, the videos of Filtech. Don’t they know that creating a misleading impression will make people keep their money in or invest more? I’ve invested quite a bit in this off the back of the LA and the catalyst comment. The RNS in January cemented that and then the various tweets on products and the websites showed us ready to go. But now we apparently have 8 weeks (maybe less if UG is correct) before cave’s life’s work, the Ip, investment into facilities , relationships struck with “partners” disappears like a fart in the wind. Maybe . Maybe the whole thing has been an illusion and I’m the biggest dope around . No insulting comments please!

Thanks UG - 2 months money is say what 400k plus Lansted money plus vat maybe. If that covers their liabilities then as yet they wouldn’t be trading insolvently probably.
