UG when you say it’s irrelevant please could you quote chapter and verse on trading insolvently? Are they trading? If funding is found would that prevent “trading insolvently”

What I don’t understand is why would they let this all just go? The IP. Their reps would be shot to pieces. Who would fund them going forward in any new venture? Would they issue shares to shareholders of NNN ? They’ve got products - they’ve got arrangements in place-even if this were transferred to another company who would trust them? It’s not totally adding up

UG in the interests of full RNS transparency and nothing more you should also quote what is said about the research credit.

What happened to:-

1. Catalysts to the Sp to make Lansted work
2. Imminent farming deal
3. The cosmetics agreement
4. The JV
5. The successful meetings tweets

I just cant believe the financial position was not known in January when thecRNS came out . I don’t get this at all. On the cusp of many great things then nothing comes to fruition at all and we suddenly have 8 weeks money left? At least if we had won some commercial revenue contracts that would have helped fund commercial operations.

And LTH’s, people who invested in the company to do what they could to keep the Sp up to help the company make more money from Lansted….just discarded?

Honestly for those people who supported NNN we really do need a better explanation about what options NNN actually have (what is being looked at). If the research credit comes through , how long does that give us? Why couldn’t the RNS explain that? No doubt some will be directly giving the company abuse, but the RNS treats us all with distain just before Easter. Not right and not good form imo.
I hope we at least get regular updates now. I’m not holding my breath

Honestly this RNS feels like a horrendous kick in the teeth for people who supported NNN. What options are being looked at? How much extra time would be bought by the credit? How much is it? Why is it only being made now?

What was the point of all the tweets, the positive commercial updates, the catalysts which would have kept the price close to the bench mark so that NNN could make more out of Lansted. I feel extremely let down. I took people for their word

ExMS what’s your view please on potential outcome. Could shareholders block a takeover ? If they let the company die that would have meant they would have spent a lot of money for nothing .

And finally they have 3 months to sort out funding . That’s a long time if they are considering options.

This could be a precursor to a placing and authority for allotment of further shares . It is technically a source of funding or a takeover at silly levels. What a stinker of a day. My Easter eggs won’t taste sweet any more

Perhaps you don’t understand its environmental benefits . Perhaps it increases taste and size of fruit in addition to overall yield. This does have to be explained by the company on the product range . I do agree with you there but presumably we’ll see more once it goes live on the site you have mentioned
