1. GDR has approval for tests in South Africa, India and Indonesia. The pandemic is raging in each of those countries.
2. The US is assessing the Genedrive kit now for FDA approval and has completed most stages of assessment.
3. The UK has included Genedrive on it's multi-billion pound framework contract for diagnostics which is now due for awards.
4. The poc design is due now for release.
5. AIHL is due for NHS launch from next month.
Tick tock. Close your shorts.

According to the news. Mologic's lateral flow test is in phase 3a which preceeds stage 3b - the test is referred to the DHSC for contract orders. The same test is on the USA RadX fast track for FDA approval and the same test has been confirmed for approval in Germany and Holland. The EU needs at least one EU member to approve it for for the list of approved tests for covid certification to enable international flights. The UK will make its decision on covid certification next week. It's very likely to reflect the international travel requirements and the jury is out on a wider application for big events.

The 18% margin in the contract is the threshold required for government before they can reclaim the £2.5 million upfront payment for pre-production. The contract will be £50 million minimum, £374 million maximum.
Every share on the market has it's trolls. Some dodgy outfit will always offer a little short below the 0.5% necessary to declare. That's why these creeps are here day and night.
The sp is dropping for no particular reason. Except that we have all been waiting for too long for the government to get on with drawing down on £8 billion of funding set aside for tests. It ain't easy to make a lot of money by investing. Sit on hands is my tip if you want to multi-bag.

One of their recent RNS' stated they wouldn't make the criterion. They have only submitted 98 samples for evaluation. That's why Mologic is in phase 3a of the Porton Down evaluation and Avacta don't seem even to be in the race. They were focused on international markets but looking like Mologic will beat them to it there too. And now they have started this ludicrous set of allegations about Mologic. Very poor form for business partners imho. Anyway I have reported them as I said earlier. I have raised the matter with the MHRA.

Tecbadger, hardly anyone has MHRA approval for home tests. Including us. That's why we are still in this position. Everyone must have it before sales or orders for home use. Looks like we will get EU and US approval before MHRA!

Mologic have at least 3 antigen lfts in development. The one being fast tracked in the States is our's, the one they are partnering with Avacta on and one with the Aptamer Group. Check out their website.
They stated it was Mologic's job to apply for Avacta's registration. And that Mologic delegated that role. Then they commented on a social media allegation (!) to say, not us, Mologic! It's definitely vs the law. The MHRA responded to an FOI request on 7th May, asking if they have turned down any vaccines or treatments and they cited section 43 of the FOI which precludes them from commenting on commercially sensitive data.
So they haven't told Avacta that one of Mologic's tests have been turned down if it's true.
Imo they can see that Mologic are off to the races in Europe with 2 registrations (already in line for EU certification) and the US with the fast track approval though NIH and they are trying to undermine them.

Avacta will end up with no manufacturing partner at this rate. If they ever get a test approved. Why do their shareholders think they don't need proper approval? Absolutely bizarre!

Looks a bit desperate I must say. Blaming Mologic for the late submission of Avacta's test registration. And suggesting they (Avacta) can sell commercially without an MHRA approval for home use. They can't. And then trying to criticise Mologic's test. Trouble in paradise? Feeling a bit fed up with these shenanigans.

Seems to have broken the law today. They have made an allegation about Mologic's test in their RNS this morning that the MHRA themselves are not allowed to comment on, one way or another. I have written to the MHRA to ask for clarification. They will not have been given such information by the MHRA because the MHRA are precluded from compromising the commercial interests of companies by commenting on their work in progress beyond their formal notice of their work according to key stage actions. If the allegation is untrue which is likely in the light of the international approvals for Mologic's lft, then Avacta will be in some trouble. If the allegation is true I wonder why we haven't been told.

Got BBC 24 hour news on. Sturgeon is announcing criteria for ending lockdown. Looking like it could go either way now. Probably will work for covid investors. But not good for 'owt else.

EU rules for covid certification require at least one EU national approval and an excess of 90% sensitivity and higher specificity. The Dutch assessment shows Mologic's test has the highest level of sensitivity and specificity in comparison to a range of other makes from Abbott, Roche, Siemens et al. Competing with the market leaders and excelling vs them all.
July 1st is the launch date for the EU covid certification scheme. Authorities will want the approved list in place ready to go before July 1st.
Why won't they select the best? The UK have dragged their feet by wasting the time of regulators with all manner of nonsense. And the MHRA themselves have been wary of approving tests in case it might have led to complacency. The EU look like they are determined to get member states back to normal life. Looking like the international interest in the Mologic test could be first to materialise in sales orders. For a much bigger market. These prices can disappear in the blink of an eye. Might be time for hesitant investors to bite the bullet and load up. I reckon I am fully loaded now. Ready for a multi-bagger.

Reuters have recognised the Telegraph report. They say: 'In response to an email enquiry from Reuters, government officials said the covid certification decision is still in process. No decision has been made.'
Meanwhile the EU have made the decision for international travel. It's happening for travel imho. The Telegraph haven't been very reliable recently at all. They told us at least 5 times that our test has been selected and millions of tests a month would be onstream from ODX by the end of April. Only one half of the story was accurate.
So best to wait for the report after June 7th.
And the NHS app is being developed to read lft results and proof of antibodies. All bodes well.

Oh yeah it's a win anyway. D'accord Big Bang. Could be a humongous win. If we sell overseas first it's all money. And it will put the pressure on for the UK contract. I am bemused that Germany has got it together first I guess. Interesting that things can turn out different than we might expect but because the product is good we get the wins in the end anyway. Cream rises to the top. Seems to be the history of British entrepreneurialism. We have to get the real opportunities from somewhere else.

And we are beset by trolls whilst we have CE Mark City going on- for 5 tests. I am wondering when the penny will drop over there. If they move fast their long term shareholders can get out with g8 returns and pile in here just in time for some super news. Those that leave it too late will see their profits go in a day.
