The great thing is it is detecting antibodies at 5 months ( at least). So it suggests the worries about immunity warning is more about the tests. It's totally brilliant. That's why they are recommending it replaces other antibody tests that have been in use.

One of the reasons the RTC has been recommended to replace Randox and all other antibody home tests previously available.
The Visitect antibody poc test is going to be comparable in accuracy and ease of use. It measures 3 antibodies.
And level 2 has £1.02 on the books. Could be there before the morning is out.

Thx to whoever found the Ulster self test report! Was that GPback? So we are being recommended as the no.1 antibody self test. 97.7% sensitivity and 100% specificity. 20 weeks detection of antibodies- much better than other tests, a big change in recognising immunity (most reports previously suggested antibodies waned after 3-4 months). So maybe it's just that the tests weren't sensitive enough to show antibodies? Just keeps exceeding expectations. Not that I can be accused of having low expectations;) but I am pretty pleased to read that. Everything getting lined up- perfect!

Ok. Thx Selector. So around £16.60 each before VAT. The distributor will take most of the markup from the proposed £13.00. So in line with previous advice. Unless the £13.00 previously suggested assumed the consumer price in which case the consumer price is going to be over £20.00 and our price is going to be higher than a fiver?

It was meant to be retailing for £13.00 with ODx taking £5.00. But now we are branding it ourselves and it's going out for £19.00 that's got to include at least another pound or two for ODX?
And if we're in the next Heathrow trial? 100 million tests a year. No wonder we're having the investors presentation. A lot of questions to ask. The answers will be either a) brilliant or b) superbloodysonic!

Says Heathrow boss says Johnson wants to start trials in 2 weeks. iAbro says it's getting their test up to speed. Sigh. It was reported 2 days ago that they were 83% accurate. They won't be up to speed in 2 weeks. Mologic's antigen test might be though. It was also included in preliminary trials. Guardian are only reporting 1/2 a story.
Anyway, what can we conclude? More Heathrow trials.

Home testing kits can be done at home- some have been tested at home. Our's have been tested at university sites with oversight from researchers from Ulster university. They have only been approved for sale in pharmacies, dentists, or for use by selected key workers so far. Orders and sales are still subject to MHRA approval. The likely outcome is that they will be approved for home use. That's why we had the self use trials. It's been an aspiration since the RTC was formed. It has been referenced and discussed widely.

No-one except you de-rampers and trolls are saying 'RNS tomorrow'. You are desperately impatient- or you pretend to be because some of you are deluded enough to imagine you will influence anything. Mikodox is a classic example. He's told everyone on the board that he sold for a 300% profit. In the same sentence he starts undermining everyone else's investment. You made 300% profit! Why aren't you happy?
This little innovative company was in the right place at the right time to help us manage life in a pandemic. In a few months they have become a significant catalyst to a way to unlock our economy and the lives and life chances of the whole UK population. You have made your money and now you dedicate yourself to undermining the progress of this company. Tbh every one of you trolls and de-rampers should be ashamed of yourself. You come over as greedy and stupid. Greedy because you are never satisfied. Stupid because we can see you coming.

Johnson opened with a promise that they have a plan to ensure that students get home for Xmas safely. Test, test, test.

83% sensitivity. Won't pass the MHRA criterion in the UK. As soon as the best tests come on stream they will become redundant. ODX will sell 2 million tests a week until we get a vaccine rolled out and probably beyond to assess that vaccines are having an impact. We haven't got capacity to supply the whole world. CK said in his last interview that they will be refocusing to some extent on the UK market due to demand.

Mologic and Geneme are the 2 remaining trial participants previously announced. Geneme are 30 minute nasal swab tests. Vs Mologic's 10 minutes saliva test. Hmmm. I wonder which would be better for a busy airport? I think we are amongst the best poc antigen tests and the fastest ready to go by November- they must have done the design prototype because they were in the first trial.
