Depends on how the define dilution. Amur will have cash and a listing. The RTO target will, hopefully, have a valuable license in a half decent jurisdiction. The way I see it panning out is Amur issues shares to the RTO target but in doing so acquires a license that has value. The share issue and the value in any license should cancel each other out. The cash Amur will have left after the 1.8p divi should be sufficient for any new venture to be getting on with. In other words no dilution.

That's the hope, whether it plays out like that is the big unknown.

That was the general thrust of my post on 2nd. June at 14.58 hrs. It's not just influencing what might happen but, in Bowen's case him having projects which are private, in need of finance and ripe for an RTO.

If you go to the Newsroom drop down menu in the below link you'll see a couple of projects that look like they fit the bill for an RTO into Amur.

This one is a copper/gold project in Kazakhstan.

There are no guarantees that either of these project or in fact anything that Bowens is involved in will be what Amur marries up with. This is all speculation on my part. I do find it interesting, however, that RLS confirmed in February this year that a selection of the projects in their stable had been transferred over into Bowen's company IG Asia LLC. The RLS web site, until very recently had a whole load more information than it has today. It could all just be coincidence.

We shall see soon enough.

Correction to my previous post where I stated

He put £162,972 into Amur (about $200,000) at 2.165p/share (RNS dated 27/08/2019). He doesn't have as big an incentive to feed Amur a tasty RTO as first thought.

I don't see how they can be precise when they will be relying on third parties to distribute the funds. Once they make the payment it will be up to whoever holds your shares to confirm receipt of funds. That's something Amur can't control. It's only just over a week to go so we'll know soon enough.
