RE: In Ground Value10 Jul 2023 15:06
And do you not think that was what I was trying to highlight? The caveat I attached to the in-ground estimate was quite clear. Your response to my post did, to me at least, come across as negative. In particular your assumption that the market never gets it wrong and that Andrada is therefore, currently, priced correctly. As for you comment that only tangible value events will lead to a significant and sustainable share price increase I disagree. The market is littered with examples of share prices taking off either without or well in advance of tangible value events. Sentiment is a huge factor, in particular, on AIM.
At the end of the day we are all on the same side. We all think we've found the next big thing and, as people tend to do, allow ourselves to fall prey to confirmation bias. In this instance, however, I'm inclined to believe that the tangible, as you call it, far outweighs any possible bias. If the tangible, at present, does not include an off-take or finance or completed phase 2 or ramp up or nameplate it does not diminish the tangible that is present, resource definition, working pilot plant, revenue generation, increased commodity price and, most important of all, global economic factors.
I don't know about you but I'd much rather be in now than wait until all the boxes have all been ticked and the feeding frenzy well underway. Given the amount of time you appear to have been here I guess you feel that way too.
"Lots of companies talk a good game."
And that's not negative?
