I was reading an article yesterday in a Sunday Newspaper written by a once ex Cabinet Minister who has run for years a leading publishing company. In the article he states that if a business is not performing over a couple of years then the answer lies with the quality of leadership and management.

Only in the world of AIM can characters like Parsons and Dennan succeed! Their names should be put in front of every financial journalist in the country to investigate why they can work in several part time roles, paying quite frankly ridiculous salaries for Accountants and in my opinion posting statements aimed at investors which clearly do not reflect the truth on how the company is performing as well as opportunities for growth.

To date both Dennan & Parsons have contributed absolutely nothing in terms of a return on investment for investors. They have merely diluted and prolonged any actual tangible results in order to draw their extortionate wages! It is obvious at present why they choose not to get into dialogue with investors & I am sure that the AGM will once again be stage managed to avoid answering any difficult questions.

My appeal to them as before would be to move on as quickly as possible. They are merely a self elected burden on the company and I challenge them that the business could recruit a new BOD on a 1/3 of their wages who would actually be interested on taking the business forward instead of misleading people that they are acting in the interests of investors.

Gentleman, I would not touch another business you to are involved in with a barge pole!! If you wish to argue then my investment is 82% down since you came on board.

A disgrace which should be echoed to show what a farce the AIM sector actually is!!!

All in my opinion but I doubt you could find anyone to disagree!!!

Maybe that's where Geng's 7p comes from!

The 25th. January 2022 RNS, pre invasion said this:-

"....... notes the recent share price movement and press speculation that a potentially interested party has valued the Company at an indicative price of up to £100 million."

The Russians invaded late February.

We then got an RNS dated 9th. May 2022 with this.....

"The total consideration for the Transaction is US$105 million to be completed in a series of payments."

.....which outlined and outrageous payment plan stretched out over several years. It's just as well that proposal was kicked out of court because we'd now be signing for it.

Had the Russians not invaded Ukraine and the deal gone through at an "....indicative price of up to £100 million...." that would have been about 7.2p per share.

I think that's made up. I'll speak to some of the names you mention because I still keep in touch with a few of them off board but I've never heard 7p mentioned in so much as a whisper never mind being discussed outright. The pre-invasion offer was in the region of 7p but that's the closest I can get to that figure ever being mentioned.

You don't think that was the game plan surely? RY was never going to take KM into production but he could not say anything other than that he was. If RY had openly said he was going to sell KM to the limited number of potential buyers out there that would now be getting hung round his neck as another of his supposed faux pas.

If they don't RTO they either de-list or they become an investment vehicle. The latter would need PI approval. A de-list means they need to wind everything up and return whatever is left to shareholders.

They've made noises about AI that's true but my understanding is from companies which would still involve an RTO. The exact wording:-

"During the course of our investigation, we have also been contacted by two non-mineral resource companies. Discussions with these more financially advanced entities indicate there is potential for us to move into the Artificial Intelligence / Entertainment or Financial Services or other sectors. These warrant further investigation and we have therefore expanded our RTO investigation of opportunities beyond mineral resource sector."

An offer was made for KM just before Russia invaded Ukraine. From memory it was in the region of $100m. The invasion changed everything, in particular the terms offered, which if memory serves me correctly were made after the invasion. Its anybody's guess what the terms might have been had the invasion not happened. I suspect, like Malmyzh, it would have been a straight forward sale. Furthermore Malmyzh was a good pointer on what Kun Manie was likely to be worth but nobody wanted to acknowledge that.

I think peoples expectation for KM were always unrealistic. The £1 party advocates have a lot to answer for but they have no more to answer for than we do ourselves. The 40p spike presented an opportunity that few took. We only have ourselves to blame for that.

It seems to me that the sport consists of nothing more than kicking the corpse or if not exactly a corpse then something that's not far off.

They extracted money from Russia. Given the current goings on there they have to at least be applauded, if somewhat grudgingly, for that. Be thankful for small mercies because it could so easily have been an awful lot worse.

I think the MC of Arbor Mining Corp. more relevant than the share price. It's currently £115m which is not that far away from Andrada's at the moment. What is significant IMO, however, is just how early stage both of their projects are. On top of that the results they've posted on their Jarnet project aren't anything special. As we know companies tend to cherry pick the best when reporting early stage drill results.

At a rough guess, after a quick look at their web site, I'd say they are at least 2 if not 3 years behind Andrada in their development.

I've never had to extract funds from a jurisdiction under sanction during a war before nor have I sold a mining asset before either. It may not surprise you to know that I've never tried to find a worthwhile asset to RTO a list company into as well.

Given the comments regularly posted on here you'd get the impression that there is a wealth of experience amongst Amur PIs on all three fronts.

Astar, it is what it is mate. Constantly berating the BOD (or RY really because he more or less is the BOD) my be good sport and a release for the frustration we all feel after 12/13 years but it does get a bit tiring.

If you can point to another example where, under similar circumstances, its been done better and faster then I stand corrected.

It just looks to me like they've pulled somebody in who has experience in commissioning an RKEF plant in South America. Very sensible if you ask me given that that date is rapidly approaching.
