You do realise that Red Rock has outstanding short term borrowings of £1,928,00 as confirmed in the 31s.t December 2022 interim accounts? Capt_kurt flagged this up a few days ago.

Bell is doing his usual, raising finance via share issues to pay back borrowings. The funds raised today will not last long. 2.5B shares in issue here we come, consolidation after that and it starts all over again.

I don't think there is any question that the nickel price is destined for a fairly significant dip over the next 12 to 24 months. That's been predicted for quite some time. Horizonte's planning will not be base of a 12 or 24 month price prediction but what's likely to happen in the longer term. Everything I'm reading is predicting a long term supply shortage. As for Horizonte coming on line in 2024 its really the date they will hit nameplate that's significant and that's likely to be the end of 2024 start of 2025. That's a good 18 to 21 months away. A lot can happen in that time.

I know a lot of people on here think that Horizonte's ESG credentials are the ace up the proverbial sleeve. I'm more inclined the believe that the ace up the sleeve is Horizonte not being Chinese owned or controlled.

don't forget its not so long ago nickel was bumping along at $4/lb to $5/lb. and for a long time during that period capital for junior explorers all but dried up. i don't think many people on here ever thought amur would take kun manie into production it was always going to be a sale. its the level we've been sold for that's the issue. tom bowen's disposal of malmyzh was a good pointer on what to expect for km. the fact that a war came along when it did to knacker the proceedings is not something anybody could have predicted. we are, as they say, where we are.

that's the first gripe but one i'm reasonably comfortable with. the second gripe is the amount of time it's taking them to distribute the funds from the sale. i'm less than happy with that one and would like them to just hurry the ******* up and dish out the dosh. i can't make anything if my money is sitting in their account. none of us can.

I've never invested RRR and never would. My brief experience of Bell was Regency when, during a spike in Regency's share price instead of issuing the customary "know no reason for the rise" Bell traded his own personal holding. I bailout immediately after that at break even. Unlike a lot of people here I haven't been scalped by Bell.

Why am I here? It's not to warn you or types like you spec. I couldn't give a monkey's chuff if you lose your shirt and end up on the streets. It's the health and reputation of the market that concerns me. Companies like Red Rock and characters like Bell will see the end of AIM if they're not regulated and held to account.

If we all want to drink from the AIM pool we have to make sure there's nobody upstream pizzing in it or in Bell's case taking a right royal dump.

Red Rock Resources is an even bigger black hole for PIs money than this shambles so not a particularly good example to quote. Furthermore Red Rock, after 18 years of producing little or nothing for PIs with countless share issues, dilution and failed investments dotted across the global is on the verge of going down the tubes.

There are parallels here but not the ones you think.

If they haven't done so already Riverfort will dispose of these shares PDQ. Nobody wants to be holding this stock given the tank is empty and none of Bell's promised deals appear to be happening.

Looks like the programme on the front view channel is playing a repeat of what has been showing on the rear view channel for years. I'm sorry current holders are going to take a bath here.

Hargreaves Lansdown has dropped by approximately 1m shares and Interactive Investor by approximately 250,000. Add to that Canaccord dropping by about 6m and we have about 7.25m shares unaccounted for. Not quite 3% just yet but if it is one entity they'll be declaring shortly.

In the last 9 weeks Canaccord has disposed of 4,200,000 shares. That's an average sell rate of 465,000 shares per week, less than 100,000 a day. If they keep up that rate of disposal they'll be out in 18 weeks from 13/04/2023 (roughly 17/08/2023).

After that we should see a rise if not before.

La Mancha and Orion are the reasons why I think Horizonte will remain independent for longer than you suggest. As an independent on the development path Horizonte is on it would not be in their interests to sell early. It certainly wouldn't be in their interest to sell until A2 was at least producing nickel and the expected bull run in nickel's price had recovered from the excess supply coming out of Indonesia.

II's don't look at the nickel price today, tomorrow or next week. They'll have a much longer time frame and everything I'm reading is still saying that, in the long term, demand for nickel will far outstrip supply.
