I don't think you get it. It's not an issue of detail it's an issue of presentation. You can have the best asset on the face of the planet but if you don't present what you have and what you are going to do in a clear and concise way its lost on many who might otherwise come onboard. It looked to me like Tim Marais had been told 5 minuted before the interview was about to start that eh was going to be the interviewee in the hot seat.

Richyf3 you're not the target audience here anyway. You've bought into the Andrada story hook, line and sinker if your posting history is to be believed and I've no doubt it is. The target audience for Andrada right now should e the PI searching for a decent company to invest in who's happy, in the first instance, to spend 6 to 7 minutes listening to a paid for promotional video. If hey are relying on what they put out there to do that I think they're going to be disappointed.

They've got the assets, they just need to put across an investment case that's compelling.

I always come away from these presentations feeling that the narrative that could be delivery should be mouth watering but the individuals tasked with telling the story are simply not up to the job. I wouldn't put either Tim Marais or Hiten Ooka in front of a camera. Neither comes across well and both seem to have done little or no preparation prior to the interview. Its not their fault, you either have what it takes to come across well or you don't. It doesn't take anything away from their abilities in their chosen fields it just means they're z hit telling a story in front of a camera.

I've never been particularly impressed with Anthony Viljoen's delivery either.

They really need to get a more polished individual IMO putting the message out there.

Well done for correcting the shareholding percentage for Canaccord Genuity Wealth Mgt on your web site. It is, however, a bit disingenuous not to change the date confirming the update.

The problem with that approach mikey99997 is the probability factor and these factors are largely a result of past performance. Now some Hapless, Nike and NEWS, will argue that past performance is not an indication of future performance and if this were any company on AIM other than Red Rock Resources I'd have some sympathy with that view. But it is and I don't. With other companies its the drill bit that misses the sweet spot of the DFS that doesn't stack up or the commodity price moving against that's the issue. With Red Rock its lies, deception and large amounts, in fact unimaginable amount of bull z hit.

Its that simple really.

1,653,487,606 share in issue means 107,460,778 share represents 6.499%.

Or

1,653,487,606 share in issue means 5.91% represents 97,721,117 shares.

Pick the correct one and put it up on your web site, OR, pick another one if neither is correct.

They've update the web site but its still wrong. You'd think that somebody would be smart enough to notice that if they state:-

Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Mgt (Bristol) - 96 146 233 - 5,81%

then there must be something wrong with this

Canaccord Genuity Wealth Mgt (London) - 107 460 778 - 5,91%

0.01% more resulting in 10m more shares? I don't think so.

Come on Andrada check your figures. An O-Level maths pupil would pick up on this anomaly.

I don't know how you can make any sort of accurate assessment of what's going on given that the figures published don't stack up. The web site says Canaccord hold 7.02% or 110,960,778 shares. 7.02% of the 1,653,487,606 shares in issue is not 110,960,778 its 116,074,830.

Furthermore the web site states Fidelity hold 6.30% or 99,496,897. In fact 6.30% of the shares in issue is 104,169,719.

No matter which one of the two is correct for Fidelity it would seem they are dumping shares as well. Both accounts, according to the Fidelity web site, total 93,638,770 or 5.66%. At least 5.66% of shares in issue matches the number of shares they claim to hold.

Why is this important? If they can't get these simple figures right it makes you wonder what else they're reporting incorrectly.

There's a presentation from May 2024 which states Canaccord held 8.79% on 30/04/2024 at a time when there was 1,537,863,344 shares in issue which means at that point they had 135,178,188 shares.

According to the web site ABRDN plc held 116m+ shares on 31/007/2024 yet the two presentations either side of that date make no mention of ABRDN plc. If that weren't confusing enough Canaccord went from 6.41% (1,580,250,758 shares in issue) or 101,294,073 shares on 28th. June 2024 to 6.5% (1,653,487,606 shares in issue) or 107,476,694 shares on 31/08/2024. According to Andrada's own published data Canacorrd has increased its holding by over 6m shares in two months.

I think the bottom line here is what is published, both on the web site and in these presentations, needs to be taken with a large pinch of salt.

The July 2024 presentation stated Canaccord held 6.41% of the shares in issue (1,580,250,758) on 28/06/2024

The Sept. 2024 presentation stated Canaccord held 6.5% of the shares in issue (1,653,487.606) on 21/08/2024

The web site states Canaccord held 7.02% of the shares in issue (1,653,487.606) on 31/07/2024

On top of that none of the percentages or numbers of shares issued to shares in issue stack up. Take the Orange Trust for example.

1,653,487,606 shares in issue - 15.22% = 251,660,824

1,653,487,606 shares in issue - 240,442,265 = 14.54%

When the shares in issue went from 1,580250,758 to 1,653,487,606 they should have adjusted the percentage holdings but they didn't. Still doesn't explain Canaccord though.
