I believe J. Locke would have suggested that it is the duty of government to interpret the wishes of the people.
Not to impose upon the people, be it a particular State religion or other autocratic controls.
Governments should always derive their just powers from the consent of the governed.
The right to private property is the cornerstone of Locke's political theory.
Many American presidents have praised John Locke and his ideas, taken up by the 'Founding Fathers'.
Communism and its edicts seems to be the exact opposite.

I think they normally issue 'Notice of Results' before end of August, letting us now us what the actual date will be for the half year 'Interim' results covering the six months ended 30 June 2020.
Looks like we have another month to wait for that update.
Anything else would be premature ejaculation!

Anyone know when the next update is due?

That is quite refreshing - to be taken for what you are.
English/ British people seem to be much more preoccupied with making judgements based on Class, sexuality, lifestyle and occupation.
I won't discuss Trump with him though as he seems unhappy to accept that brash character and his politics.
Something to do with the Republican stance on the anti-abortion agenda.

Americans are very upfront and tend to say what they mean - straight up, for instant appeal.
The British, on the other hand, almost never say what they mean and use innuendo, absurdity and sarcasm to ridicule and mock their intended 'victims'.
Americans admire this for some reason, perhaps because it it seems 'playful'.

If Tremor is a multi national company and a huge potential pool of U.S. investors can't easily buy U.K. AIM (Tremor) shares then we are stuck in the mud until further notice.

BlackRock's 'back office' loaned out Blinkx shares (to shorters) which conveniently went down after the Edelman fiasco in 2014 and were given them back when they had lost a lot of their former value.
BlackRock were stated to have lost £30 million in the process.
Edelman was a stooge used by bear-raiders for their own ends.

I believe JB Capital also has an interest in ad-tech company 'fluent' - as do 'Black Rock'.
Both are hedge fund managers.
Black Rock have some notoriety and cannot be seen as 'small'.

It means a U.S. company have bought a few shares in Tremor, or so it would appear.

Tremor stated the buyback programmes were because the sp was lower than they believed it should be.
Presumably without the buybacks the sp would be even lower still?
With buybacks we own a larger slice of the pie but it is worth less now anyway.
The markets are reflecting the balance of supply and demand.
We are not in demand regardless of the buyback(s).

For coping with Covid-19, the NHS are to be praised highly.
If their morale is low for any reason they deserve our full support.
Not sure about the 'clap on Thursday for the NHS' slogan and activity recently.
Seemed as daft as joe public putting 'BLM' posters in their windows.

No! They are not all great, clearly not if you follow the experience of public complaints in the media alone.

That analysis of NHS management empires rather reminds one of the 'Monty Python NHS sketch'.
The one about the machine that goes 'ping'. Leased back from the company it was sold it to, and that way it appeared under the monthly current budget and not the capital account.

As for 'trapped wind', this can be quite painful if it occurs higher up, in the stomach region, especially if it exacerbates 'reflux'-related pain.
If it occurs much lower down in the plumbing it makes Trump's name seem quite appropriate, at least in the realms of juvenile schoolboy humour.

TV is arguably the most impactful advertising channel, Covid-19 has accelerated the shift to Connected TV beyond anyone’s expectations.
If Tremor cannot benefit from advertising budgets which are massively moving to CTV to capture those 'customers', then we should be concerned - the evidence of huge profits for Tremor has not been demonstrated yet, but it has been highlighted.
