I believe that about sums it up.

Directors are seen to be accepting plenty of cash.
The current situation ( lack of transparency) is unresolved and Tremor Execs/Dirs will need to do better than field a few questions that they feel comfortable about answering.

I haven't read the full transcript of the 'call' yesterday and the link provided by doggy just gave the message:

Perhaps late in the day but I am sorry to hear about loved ones passing away.

From what I read he was showing some attention to shareholders concerns but said that the company had strong verticals.

Earn their pay and stabilize things by:

1. Explaining the omissions.
2. Agreeing to a reduction in remunerations.
3. Explaining why they took such large sums for listing on Nasdaq.

Beyond the remuneration packages, already approved at the board meeting, rightly or wrongly in our eyes.
Say what the company has done wrong in the latest presentation of figures and what you/we want done to remedy any/all defects.

I don't understand the situation.
Tremor previously stated a damage to business from Alphonso.
But why then the lack of clarity and cover-up as stated by doggy?
Tremor should have blamed Alphonso on the poor performance of CTV .
They entirely failed to make any such excuse at all.
Does this mean what exactly?

Remunerations of Dirs/Execs were approved at the EGM in April.
Presumably Tosca and Mithaq et al. lent their support.
It may have been only 64% or so in favour, and not exactly overwhelming, but enough to agree the deal.
Additionally there was an almost 100% vote in support of the incumbent Dirs/Execs being re-appointed.

I think it is not the end of the world.

I never expected the Nasdaq listing to be an immediate success.
Others may have thought differently.

If you were expecting instant riches from a NASDAQ listing then you may well be disappointed.
I don't believe that view was ever realistic.
Perion sat on the sidelines in Nasdaq for a good few years and likewise made no instant gain.
I believe you imagined a party was awaiting you with goods aplenty on arrival.
What a shame that you do not understand the situation at all.

If the fat cats bring home the (kosher) bacon, propelling us into the stratosphere, then nobody will complain.
Currently we are well-positioned but need better figures.

Despite a recent hiccup the shares are still worth a lot more than 12 months ago because of good management.
There is more to come and I wont mind the Dirs/Execs payouts if Tremor continue improving.
Having said that nobody likes the fat cats at the top to get more money in a couple of years (or less!) than we will ever see.

You/we are allowing people (Directors/Execs) to be rewarded on performance and in order to make future profits.
If trading patterns (Algo-trades)are triggered we are speculating (again) on the exact causes.

If you incentivize a developer to employ builders to produce a property you can't exactly then blame that incentivisation for the market reaction.
Developers through history have built properties by speculating on the markets rising into the future
Otherwise you would have no buildings/properties.

Many a poor building has sold well regardless of quality, when the markets are rising.

You can gather from the above that I don't blame the directors/execs in isolation.

I am not much bothered about when execs/directors sell, etcetera, it's background noise to me.
But their share based compensation scheme seems excessive and is 'eating' a fair chunk of the profit.
As shown by Radium recently.
