doggy,
More heat than light is not helpful.
Next you'll be telling me that Biden's stance on abortion in Texas is wrong?
doggy,
Tremor do not have to engage with people they see as flaunting their company values.
Bongino and his Cumulus Media boss are free to retaliate.
Trump was free to deny covid, however his reluctance to treat it seriously may have cost lives.
Bongino rebelled against his company's mandate on vaccination.
Maybe he was another populist that walked through the valley of death fearing no evil.
Maybe it's dumb to lead people into potential danger, in the name of freedom of speech.
Bongino sounds like a bit of a drama-queen.
A loose mouth.
He threatened to resign from Cumulus Media, his employer/distributor, after disagreeing with their covid mandate.
It appears he has been fully vaccinated because he is battling Hodgkin’s lymphoma but argues against Cumulus media's ruling.
Question is:
Who is working the sp both sides of the pond?
A hedge fund presumably.
The company generated record contribution ex-TAC of $76.7M for Q3 2021, an Organic Increase of 54% Year-Over-Year.
It doesn't say what the Traffic Acquisition Costs (TAC) are/were.
Unless he is a master of 'Snakes and Ladders'.
I wouldn't like to be in Ofer D's shoes, attempting to negotiate a deal with a company whose share price is much more stable.
It would place him in a vulnerable position, surely?
I am not disappointed to know that the NHS cannot survive another 65 years into the future just by throwing more money at it.
The private sector will not be in control of changes to make the NHS more efficient and are also not in a position to reduce the current NHS overload.
Unruly have never made a secret of their wish to engage with companies that have coverage they can benefit from.
Unruly is a recent example of the way Tremor are looking to grow their business.
I would expect more of the same.
This is long-term stuff and speculation about quick sp gains on the back of a sale, an acquisition, a merger is not what Tremor are about.
IMHO and apologies for those hoping for ultra-quick profits.
There is no credible and realistic strategy’ to bring NHS waiting lists down.
The NHS workforce is under-resourced, overstretched, and exhausted by the last two years.
TLY supporters see good opportunities for profiting but the reality is that a symbiont needs a healthy host.
' my posts have as much relevance than...'?
'people coming on here looking for infallible experts'
Are you on some sort of drugs, Qwerty?
Whatever kind of deals Ofer is looking at one has to ask what pressure he is under from the bigger institutional investors to get their votes.
I suspect he does not exactly have a free hand in the matter and will be 'steered' accordingly.
Peri had a previous 'follow-on' cash-raising exercise, ending last January 22'nd, which raised some $66m.
Listening to the Raymond James Technology Investors Conference and Tremor, mainly Ofer speaking, it was apparent that he kept mentioning the cash-pile in the bank and the intention to enhance growth by acquisitions.
Ofer was pretty full-on stating his objective was to grow the company.
Not the same as being taken over,
that's what people seem to be speculating about, mentioning wild figures.
I don't know why people are speculating the idea of Tremor being taken over.
Qwerty dreamt up some figures to play with in an offhand sort of way.
The company is not in need of a suitor.

Sounds like 'control' to a space shuttle mission!
Or does it not read better as:
