I believe a deal, in the short term (4 years max), will have been done with NN for them to process the ore at their plant at a cost per ton, ore would enter their plant by 100 s of tons from EUA mines. Processed and set aside.
NN would profit as it would bring in fresh capital and keep the plant operating 24/7/365.
In the meantime, a new state of the art plant will be built in a centralised location, with road and rail access, on behalf of the new company, and will take over once completed.
That way short term processing costs will dilute profits but enable business to progress. Albeit less profitable.
The new facility would be designed and built to a specification to meet the needs of mined volume etc, and being new, far more efficient. Possibly even run by robots and computers, if the Japanese are involved.
Just my opinion.
