I am convinced, they made a song and dance about it all, and it was them welcoming the Japanese consortium publicly, and letting others know that this was fact not fiction.
By announcing it in an RNS they will have been seen to not be BS ing.
I can also see why some are saying $20 Billion sale, as in 5 years time, in ground value will be in excess of $200Billion.
So 10% now is a steal
We shall see won't we.
Good Luck to all who genuinely hold shares and believe in the BOD.
Shorters Looking forward to the EUA BBQ
You will be the burgers.

For anyone questioning where EUA will be sold and the Japanese connection, re read the RNS announcing the appointment of Tamerlan Abderkeev. The introduction of interested Japanese parties with PGM supply issues. $21 Billion net revenue company involved.
This is going to be bought by the above, late to the game but keen to acquire, outbidding all others including any Chinese interest.
I think the negotiations here will have increased the sale price somewhat, and we will all be blown away when announced.
I see the RNS as good as saying
SOLD TO JAPANESE CONSORTIUM>
Just my opinion.

We are in the above due to several prevailing points.
Lack of updates re volume /grades of PGM s
Lack of updates re negotiations.
Lack of updates re extra licences.
II's keeping low SP buying pressure and in cahoots with MM's to add stock.
Bed wetters/ Bored investors chasing rainbows.
Trolls trashing the company and creating doubt.
AC sale.
EGM for sh votes unexplained.
However.
PGM values rocketing.
Rosgeo JV.
Japanese connection.
Multi non binding offers being progressed to binding.
Easy for weak minded people to be negative.
But also easy for strong minded people to be positive.
So which one are you ?
I am with the BOD and other strong minded share holders, holding long and strong.
Many here I believe are there too.
Be patient !
It will pay off.

I think it has to be said that some of the companies that were interested in buying out EUA early on in the FSP, will have bowed out as the price has risen
I don’t expect this to be a single co buyout now, pointing very much towards the consortium, government backed scenarios
Need over just want, with financial incentives from government to bring it home.

I believe a deal, in the short term (4 years max), will have been done with NN for them to process the ore at their plant at a cost per ton, ore would enter their plant by 100 s of tons from EUA mines. Processed and set aside.
NN would profit as it would bring in fresh capital and keep the plant operating 24/7/365.
In the meantime, a new state of the art plant will be built in a centralised location, with road and rail access, on behalf of the new company, and will take over once completed.
That way short term processing costs will dilute profits but enable business to progress. Albeit less profitable.
The new facility would be designed and built to a specification to meet the needs of mined volume etc, and being new, far more efficient. Possibly even run by robots and computers, if the Japanese are involved.
Just my opinion.

Exactly
I posted something similar to suggest A Buyer would not want to be put in the position of negotiating with the minority shareholders of MT and WK. Or infact possibly be held to ransom by said holder.
They want EUA board to wrap it all up in one neat package, 100 %, the whole shebang.
The JV arrangement with Rosgeo is a completely different story, and will be totally acceptable to the buyer.
They are the perfect silent partner, opening all sorts of doors within the Russian Government, to cut the red tape and progress more value in all respects, going forwards.
It just keeps on getting better, and more expensive, in my opinion.

If you look at all the information we have about volume of PGM s and EUA ownership thereto, we are likely to be sitting on well over $100 billion.
A fair deal could be anywhere between 8-12% of that value
The market currently values us at 250,000 oz s of palladium at $3000 per oz ie £750 million.
Get the gist ?
