I am going through the divorce procedure right now.
Renting a house and have been renting since 2007, at which point I parted with £200k so my children had a nice home to live in.
Got marrried in 2016 , renovated a house in 7 months, 7 days a week, gained a building plot in the garden, and sold the house at a loss, but the gain was the plot.
Purpose was to do the same again and make money for me and my wife to buy a home.
Unfortunately, she said no she wanted her HALF to do with what she wanted.
Big mistake, on top of other issues she created.
Hence divorcing currently.
But my shares are my own, my freedom is my own, and my motorbike is my own.
So there is a god.
And there is light at the end of the tunnel
Just need the covid restrictions to lift so I can re socialise with some ladies.
And 57 btw, but life in the old dog yet ha ha
Good luck mate
Since Fridays 2 new RNS's.
Investors, whether P I 's or institutional, will have had time to absorb the latest information for themselves.
So how will they and the general market react ?
We shall see.
But I believe whatever happens on opening this morning, we will end this week in the 30 s and some form of update after hours will create another positive stir.
GLA
MM's control the SP
We all know that.
It has nothing to do with buys v sells as has been demonstrated recently where clearly huge blue buying days ended the day on a lower sp, or the actual company value because the mm's have no clue.
So tomorrow is anybody's guess.
It should hit a quid, ut it won't of course.
Only possibility of a No Sale will be because we just got a whole lot more expensive with the Rosgeo JV
Current bidders may no longer be in a position to afford our ticket price.
So bring in the Japanese consortium, re negotiate with them and or Chinese (They would'nt want to buy anything too cheap) and add some time for a HUGE sale to be RNS d
Maybe it's possible for a consortium of Japanese(Other) companies to purchase EUA and all it's mining rights.
Then set up a JV with a mining company to work it, ie ensuring full supply for many years ,' At Cost'
Therefore not paying the middleman.
Seems a logical forward thinking scenario.
Thoughts anyone ?

Maybe the new board member approached EUA BOD and stated he could bring his Asian/Japanese contacts, on board.
Maybe he gets a big, fat finders fee.
Boards are made up of people that mostly have their own business interests, and are not reliant on an income stream from one appointment.
Hope that answers your question
This is a shot across the bows of bidders IMO
TBBT BS as usual.
Its sharpen your pencil time.
This weekend to consider what you will pay !!!
Japanese want all in and happy to pay full costs on commodities in short supply
Smiling whilst writing a huge cheque.
Bring it on.
Next week very interesting indeed.
No one saw this coming !!!
