Something the buyers will be considering, will be the annual increase of value the in ground resources, will grow by, year on year.
I think its fair to say 10% annually
Well if that is so and there is currently at least $100 billion in the ground, and let's say we sell for $10 billion.
In 12 months, the buyout has paid for itself.
The remaining years will pay the new owner many multiples of the purchase price.
OH think I have just talked myself into a revised sale price.
$20 billion please Mr Buyer, go on you know its worth it.
