I am not suggesting a $40 Billion buyout price, can't see that happening IMO.
There will be significant costs in setting up extraction etc.

This agreement will have been known by potential buyers under a NDA.
Therefore, confirmation will mean previously discussed binding offers, with this in the bag, can now be signed off.
There is no way this has not been accounted for, it will all have been set up previously to the RNS on Friday.
Bright people do plan ahead.

I very much look forward to an updated valuation from GMF78.
His predictions were already healthy, but an update would, in my opinion, likely be taken far more seriously, as he really crunches the numbers.
I believe this announcement is the final hurdle to a fully binding offer rns, being presented next week.

One day very soon, the long awaited RNS will drop, and the wall of green will be there for all to see.
The holders will have smiles a mile wide, while the sellers of today will be checking how much they would be worth IF ONLY they had held on.
Shorters will burn, botflies will disappear and everyone holding will forget this negative period.
Unfortunately, it will be a mega deal for the mm s holding stock they stole just prior, but it will come.
Think what we know we own.
Think what we have no idea about but still own (DFS results).
Any additional licences applied for, that we know nothing about.
All our metals skyrocketed in value since launch of FSP, huge demand and confirmed non binding offers to consider.
As has been said many times, a perfect storm for a crazy rerate.
