We can all see that due to the drawn out process of the FSP, that sentiment has dwindled as people become bored or disenchanted with holding EUA shares. The MM s are taking full advantage of this and are playing on loose hands, to reduce SP, and on it goes, in a downward spiral, being constantly fed by weak holders.
Negative posters being replied to and argued with, does not create any value, instead the BB just becomes a negative environment.
I would suggest posters IGNORE the negative posters 100% and discuss instead, the fact that we have a 1st class company, 1st class bod and exciting multiple offers, complex negotiations and a huge volume of the most valuable PGM s, in the world.
Positivity is key here and we will see the process through to completion, and be rewarded handsomely, the the FSP many times higher than where it is today.
The daily sp is irrelevant, as the MMs just put it where they know they can create volume. They are not interested in the value of EAU as a company, and dont care so long as they have turnover.
Remember starve the negatives of oxygen, dont respond.
Keep strong, keep safe and keep your cool.

I understand your point, however, would they let holidays get in the way of such a massive deal ?
Also NN were under no pressure of setting tomorrow as a shareholder Q&A day. They could have delayed it until buy was finalised, or is that what they have in fact done.?
We shall see, and like you say, hope I am right and you are wrong, in the nicest possble way mate.

As I understand it, NN announced tomorrows shareholder Q&A on February 2nd
They have vowed complete transparency to their shareholders.
They will no doubt be asked where some of the $27 billion is going to be invested.
Someone on here worked out Non binding offers to binding offers time frame fits in with tomorrow.
EUA have to announce first via RNS.
So, if what many believe is that NN are at least one of the buyers, then its got to be today or tomorrow.
No doubt we shall see.
I am hoping so, fed up of the manipulation and negative posters.

I believe we will know by Tuesday 7am RNS at the latest, possibly even tomorrow, as many have said, and I totally agree, NN in this up to their eyeballs, and will want to announce it Tuesday.
So all eyes on RNS dot

Because it does not state in an NS from EUA, that any drilling or survey work has been undertaken by GIP/ AP , that it hasnt happened.

You are trying to labour the point that NOTHING has been done to prove up any resources in the Mochentudra area, since the announcement of the FSP.
That would be stupid, and we know the BOD is not stupid.
With data room , including NNs library of historic data , being made available, this is full steam ahead to prove up as much resource as possible, as that is what raises the company value.
You are being negative, denying this is what has happened.
WRONG in my opinion.
Just because no RNS, does not mean above not happening.

I think we can all safely assume NN are involved in the outcome of any deals going forward.
Whether they are taking part in the buyout, or negotiating toll processing costs, as they have the set up and new trucks arriving in April, (As highlighted by Mac yesterday).
Maybe that is part of the hold up here, pgm prices rising, quotes to process ore increasing, etc,etc..
Any company will want this in the bag end of February at the latest IMO to give them time to get set up and make full use of the forthcoming mining season.
Sooner they start, the sooner they are getting income back.

I had 2 accounts with the Share Centre, trading account and Isa. Both are my main holding of EUA shares. I have a separate SIPP account with II. Since they have now merged, I will take the opportunity today to sell out of my trading account £100 k and re buy in my SIPP.
A perfect opportunity previously risky because of the time lag.
Just mentioning incase anyone else is in a similar situation, and is able to better organise their account holding in II.
