With the exception of only a few, I see a lot of positivity returning to posts and think most are of the same mindset now, anticipating a sale to be announced very soon indeed.
The last week has shown the sp swing low, and end high, with substantial buy positions being taken.
I think we are on the cusp of the deal being announced, value unknown, but hopefully many times the current sp.
I would just like to wish all a good weekend, and enjoy and spoil your mothers. I sadly, lost mine many years ago.

The current SP /valuation reflects so many unknown factors.
DFS results witheld so what we have is anybody s guess.
Which companies are in the negotiations .
Full or part buy out.
Billion or many billions.
Timeframe to completion.
AC sale of shares /why ?.
Any additional licence applications ?
Hopefully we will soon find out the answer to most/ all of these unknowns, and hopefully receive a mega offer.

Usually have a leveraged position. IE £1k in account, broker allows £3k spend but usually a few days to close the position. So if a trader bought in on Monday, will be selling today on the spike.
Hence some of the selling.
Others, possibly disgruntled p i' s not willing to wait and see.

Value of pgm s have sky rocketed since suspension.
Therefore company value will follow imo.
No company will sell for X , an out of date valuation, the value of what is in the ground with authority/licence to mine and sell it is the value.
Palladium was approx half value it is now.
Rhodium was 20% of value it is now.
Times and values change.
Value of EUA does also
I also firmly believe that NN are involved in at least a processing deal, even if they are not a buyer. Why ?
They have a behemoth of a processing plant that needs feeding to remain profitable 24/7/365.
I believe the BOD will have agreed a deal with NN during the FSP so that any buyer can begin immediately, without the need to negotiate terms.
In time, the new owner may well build their own processing plant, but I think a 5 year processing deal is in the bag.
If a new plant is built, it will cost vast amounts of cash, but the new owner will at least be able to offset the processing costs short term, with immediate returns on ore out the ground.
Very soon guys, huge green wall !!!
Even if its just applications that can be passed on to the new owner, it would make sense.
The BOD are top of their game and will have made every move to add further value.
I think we are all going to be extremely pleasantly surprised at the outcome here.
Sell if you dare !!!

They will not have sat around waiting for a sale.
I firmly believe that there have been more licences applied for that they cannot tell us about due to NDA.
Why would nt they ?. More licences more added value.
Any business man would and I damn sure believe they have.
How many oz s god and the BOD only knows.
