I think she's missing a trick though to be fair.
On GMB a short while ago,Piers Morgan spent a good 30 - 35 minutes spouting ball locks about Greggs Vegan Sausage rolls and how $hite they are. As the result of his ramblings, Greggs reported a surge in sales of them. Doubtlessly coining it in. Total cost to Greggs for a good 30 minute advertisement over the course of 3 days? I suspect it to being the region of £0.00
Fast forward to yesterday, Marks &Spencer's turn with their LGBT sandwich. Same BS from Piers Morgan. Approximately 10 -15 minutes of free advertising for them On the house.
So even with a viewing audience plucked out of my imagination of approx 15 million viewers, Marks & Spencer have had free national exposure at our expense, and doubtlessly are going to make a mint out of selling these sandwiches, as Greggs did with those ghastly sausage rolls.
Now a smart business owner should now be thinking about coming out with a product that he/she knows will get right up Morgan's nose, knowing that they are going to get nationwide coverage for his/her business at no cost to them.
We need to up our game, I think.
