Indeed mate. Assuming that expansion proceeds as they plan, I can see an so of between 45 & 55p in med term. Just my Guesstimate of course. Maybe by December - March next year.

May well add a few more when the news of the RNS settles.

Yes, it looks good and encouraging on the face of it, and I'm not complaining. I'd say it's best to wait to see how things progress naturally over time. Don't forget that most of us have been cooled up at home for the past 12+ months, so we're all in the "novelty value" of being allowed to socialise with family and friends again which has created this surge. It's probably best to wait until normality settles back in to judge peeformance.

A very encouraging rns though. It's good as well that expansion plans will be picked up too. Plenty of sites should become available at favourable rates too.

Gov't 's everywhere have made mistakes and 4ked up. But show me one Government body anywhere that has got 100% of it's effort 100% correct. You can't. None have. Many have fared much worse.

That's good to know. This bodes well for my holdings in both MARS & FUL.

Plenty of people out and about spending their money.

And if they're getting out and about to those venues on a stagecoach bus, I'll be a very happy chap.

I agree that most (the sensible ones) have done as they've been asked to do, but at the same time started to become inreasingly frustrated at the ones that are seemingly either too stupid or selfish to play the game, and help with the effort to bring the virus under some level of control.

I get that it's no fun, and how it can affect mental health, not being able to get off for a pint & chat with drinking buddies, pop round to see friends, weekends away and so on.

Anyway, rant over.

Far too many have swanned off to the beach, off on "protests" et al with no concern over being in close proximity to strangers, with no thought or concern if they are or have been infwcted with it or not, but seemingly too dim to understand that they are not only putting themselves at risk, but also potentially putting family members in harm's way. Yet a lot of those are more than happy to lay the blame squarely at the Gov't's feet.

Like everyone else, I'm bored sh*tless not being able to do the things that we normally take for granted. Visiting friends, the odd weekend away, missing our holiday last year. All the usual stuff.

But we all just have to get on with it though, don't we.

I'm not sure that this is something that is pointed at those that have been vaccinated.

I have had both my jabs, (I got called up for my 2nd one a little earlier than I thought on Sunday just gone) but my guess is that the Govt are just considering those that have not had their 2nephew yet, and those that for whatever reason are objecting to having them.

Just a thought.

The one thing in FUL's favour that I see though is with the quantity of food they import, this must help to reduce that increased cost. But there must, in my view still be additional cost which will be passed on to to the customer. Hopefully, such increased cost should not be enough to put people off.

I'm signed up to an email alert from a company called Aristeon in Zakynthos in Greece that produces olive oil.

They've said that they will be stopping their mail order service to the UK because Brexit has incresed the costs for them.

Given how FUL do buy a lot of ingredients from Greece, I'm wondering how they will get around price increases.

I'm looking forward to being able to take us all down to see our friends in The West Midlands.

There's a lovely Marston's pub near them called The Glassworks that we enjoy going in to. great food & staff, and a nice drop of Hobgoblin Gold.

We usually pop in for the Sunday lunch. Well looking forward to some of that.

It's all part of our routine now so don't really think about it too much.

Like everything else, things can always be better, but things could also be much worse. We all have our hands to play in life. You have to play it the best that you can, the same as everyone else.
