I'm not too concerned over short term movements in the SP.

I've said in the past that I only have a small holding in here, but I do like the company, so I'll be staying long term unless something dramatically negative occurs.

I started buying into shares before giving up work to become a full time carer for my son, so have not been in a position to add to any of my holdings, but no complaints there. You have to deal with the hand that you're delt, and that's that.

That said, my interests here and in Sgc give me something outside of that to think about. It's always nice to have some outside interests to think about.

The one thing that crossed my mind after this morning's RNS is what do they want for waiving those financial agreements. To my mind, they are going to want something for their patience.

I noted that my newly acquired shares in FUL is up a midge too, as is my SGC holding. Happy times ahead I think.

I was put on to this one by JoeKenny. I did some research on it and liked more than disliked here. I may well add at some point if things work well here.

Well, I've dipped my toe in with a small 1900 share holding. I've liked quite a bit of the information that my research has uncovered.

I've looked into both, but did not want to buy into both, (I'd have had too much risk in one sector) so I opted to buy into FUL with a small 1900 holding as a punt. To me, they looked to be in a stronger position than COM in my judgement. I think what swayed it for me was the comments made that they were looking to expand once normal trading resumed, and that they were prospecting to get better deals on rents on sites they think they will do well on.

That suggests a shrewd strategy to me.

May fortune favor the brave/foolish.

Oh, and a happy Easter to all holders here.

Actuqlly, I've had a bit of a re-think. I've had a bit more of a look at both COM & FUL, and of the 2,
I'm tempted to dip my toe into FUL with a small holding. Nothing too extravagant, 1000 or so shares.

My limited research so far sees enough positives to peak my interest.
I'm liking the expansion plans & low debt levels.

And I have a soft spot for Greek food. Only down side is no Greek food restaurants in my area.

RE: FUL & COM.

I did have a bit of a look at those two myself for a little dabble but decided against it. Not because I saw anything wrong with either of them, but more to do with having enough dosh tied up in the sector.

That said, whatever you decide to do, I hope it works well for you.

Yes, I had my Pfizer one roughly 3 weeks ago now, as did one of our boys. It was a bit of a dilemma which I ummed & Ahh'd about for a good week before the event to be fair.

I wasn't so bothered about taking the risk with the jab for myself, as I'm a big boy and knew as much as everyone else what I was getting into.

My lad on the other hand was quite another story. He is non-verbal and has Downs Syndrome, so I had concerns over possible side effects and him not being able to let me know what's going on.

Anyway, I raised my concerns with the nurse at the walk in centre before I'd let them touch him. Fortunately, all seems well, so just waiting for our 2nd one now.

@Barchid. Again, good points. I'd say that a credit card sized plastic certificate with just your name on it (no medical or other personal/machine readable data on it) would to me he a good idea. If this was something that would allow me to go for a drink, a weekend away, or indeed a foreign holiday to a no or low risk Country with my family, Speaking for myself, I'd be bang up for it.
