I would like to see a recovery back above £3.20.

I think the rise is different this time and discount any entry point below £3 - I can't actually believe we've dropped below £3.20.

Ha Cabbage was saying (when the SP was £2.60) that we were going bust and the shares were worthless - now Cabbage values the company at £2.60 - ha I guess that's an improvement on bankruptcy,😁

Anyone got any ideas?

@Heat - yes totally agree - bottom of the flag hit at £3.19 and hopefully all the nervous nellies are gone - hoping for an attack on £3.40 again now

@heatseekb- totally agree. Bull flag is intact and we've tested £3.40 a couple of times .... so it's only a matter of waiting to break out to the upside ...

If the Bull Flag was to breakdown and we collapse below £3.20 then I might consider selling a few as a hedge but I'm not expecting that to happen tbh

British Bulls changes their signal to SELL last night but I think they are wrong! Time will tell!

@heatseek - it's eyeing £3.40 with a view to breaking out but I think that will need to wait until next week now

The bull flag is intact.... just got to wait for something or someone to trigger the final momentum

@Heatseeker - so Seth is CEO of Oasis so it's highly unlikely that he is the client - the TRS is simply listed in his name as he is in charge of Oasis .... So we still don't know who the other party is in the TRS .

Of course it could be anybody with a very large holding (eg Schroders) who wants to earn some short term income from the share (assuming it falls) and will act as a hedge against a longer position if it rises ....

Anyway my take is that no shares have been purchased in the market but clearly something has caused the share to spike ....

Not sure we are any further forward it understanding this really!

@heatseek - total return swop is listed as the financial instrument in the latest RNS and I also remember (Cabbage of all people) saying that the June purchase was a TRS too ....

So ... It must be Seth Hillel Fischer who are ultimately buying or borrowing the stock to fund their side of the TRS ... interesting!

@Trisor - I think Oasis added using a "Total Return Swap" which I think implies they've borrowed the shares from somewhere rather than bought them.

However I think Oasis also used a Total Return Swap back in June and that definitely spiked the SP.

It would be interesting to know who the Total Return Swap was with - perhap others could explain how all this works?

@Trisor - short term this is eyeing a breakout at £3.40 on the back of a bull flag. If it breaks over £3.40 then I would expect £3.50 in very close order.

If it breaks below £3.20 the world and his wife (and me) will be trying to sell some!

Medium term - no idea what will happen either although this share has a history of disappointment on trading update days (except when Oasis was buying in June) so December 2025 and March 2026 must be a concern

Oasis doubling their stake among with Richard Staverly doubling his stake along with UBS adding a 6% interest and the broker upgrade to £9 ...

The old adage "follow the money* springs to mind ...

I actually added 1500 more shares this afternoon after the Oasis announcement as I think that will be the impetus we need to push through £3.50 and beyond ....

@Trisor - I was hoping that the Zurich staff were the last of the loss making life and pension business - but it seems from a post on here this morning Zurich isn't the last!

Ofgem audit must be on the horizon and the December trading update should show everything on track but I am increasingly twitchy if the FTSE as we move into OCTOBER.

I'm holding until we get close to £3.50 and I may well sell a few at that point - and if it moves up I won't chase it - I think you would be very brave to sell completely out at this juncture .... although that would have been an immensely profitable strategy in the past.

£3.40 achieved - no onwards towards £3.50 where I think it might retrace a bit .... Just putting that thought out there as the last time I suggested a retrace I was cancelled 😁

@Culley - I am concerned about the FTSE at an all time high just as we enter October (which is notorious for market crashes) ....

If the FTSE dives - we dive with it - regardless of what the analysts are saying!

I'm still standing by £3.40 with £3.50 by the end of the week

I think the takeaway message is that we are firmly in an uptrend heading for £3.50 and with news expected imminently then we will soon be testing year highs!

After that - anyone's guess - but you would think that with a £9 target on its back - £4.50 would still be a reachable destination in the short term.

Still a chance for my £3.40 close today and £3.50 minimum by the end of the week! Imho 😜

£3.40 for me - this rise isn't finished yet!

I'm not convinced we are at the end of the rise yet - the large sale knocked the stuffing out of the rise today - but I think we've got momentum and I'm convinced news on the closed life and pension business is imminent

I still think we will see £3.50 or more this week

@jcb208 - The sharp rise in June / July was caused by Oasis buying a large slice of the company which drove the SP ever higher - but it all came crashing down again when Ofgem instigated and enquiry into the smart meter business.

It is different this time because we have now got a respected analyst saying what we all been saying for months - this is massively undervalued - AND we've got Richard Staverly doubling his holding over the summer and UBS recently taking a 6% stake too ..

We are on the cusp of free cash flow and on dumping the loss making life and pension business.

The rerate this week is a wake up call to the market that the capita turn around is almost finally complete - something that has been promised but not delivered for about 7 years!

I'm holding - although there is certainly a case to be made to add more here!

I'm looking for at least £3.40 today - would like to see continued momentum and a test of this years top at around £3.60 .... Just for fun!
