@kipper - back into Filtronic at £1.31 and also put a wedge in Ocado at £2.20. I want to buy more here too and would like to get sub £2.55 but I may have to pay more ....

@craig - surely this is the final piece in the closed life and pension jigsaw! With only one customer left as as August Yellowstone presentation - this must surely be ZURICH.

@shorty - I can't help but feel (based on the SP price action over the last week or so) that this is about to spring forward again and £2.70 would seem the next obvious destination.

It's been trying to get past £2.60 for quite a few days and, now that's been breached, I would expect this to move quickly now.

@stumpy - I thought IR confirmed earlier that there won't be any update tomorrow / this week and the next news isn't expected until February 2026?

I think / hope / pray sentiment will settle here now and we will gradually rise over the coming months ... and if we get some good trading / new CFC news along the way then that would be perfect.

I can see this heading into the £2.30s tomorrow now that £2.182 double bottom is in place and it was good to see the SP tick up at the end (having come under some selling pressure during the last hour).

Just a question of tucking the shares away now and enjoy the rise back to a sensible price - which is probably somewhere around £2.75 - £3.00 on what we now know

@stumpy - I wonder if that double bottom at £2.182 was the signal for everyone to get back into the car ....

@stumpy - in the great scheme of things it probably doesn't matter whether you bought at £2.25 or £2.27 as - in any sensible time frame - that has got to be an amazing entry point here.

Being greedy when others are fearful etc ....

Whatever the outcome with Kroger - this has got to be worth a lot more than £2.25 based on the information we know and the FCF forecast for 2026.

When this turns we all not what happens - it rockets!

@shorty - it does seem like the additional II interest has been supporting the price recently - whilst moving the SP from around £2.40 to £2.55 / £2.60.

You would think that without ongoing additional support this might fall back a bit but, now the Leger has been run and given we were massively oversold during the summer, it's as likely this will continue to rise.

I would say £2.80 is probably fair value on what we currently know so anything below would be cheap.

I'm.quite content to hold here (I've got 100,000 new money) and see what happens next .....I'm looking for £3 as we move into October (like we did last year)

Having marooned my wife's at £3.09 - i decided to aggressively trade this to save my marriage.

I dipped in at £2.38 and put at £2.44 this morning and managed to buy 3800 shares - just before the bell - at £2.338.

My wife has 4700 marooned shares so I've reduced our overall average to £2.80 as it stands but I am happy to add a few thousand more if the drop continues.

No way should these have closed at £2.30 - astonishing!

I think we are at an important pivot point as the rebound this morning was relatively muted this morning compared to the carnage of last Friday.

I would have thought this morning dead cat bounce would have been stronger - but it's barely moved off the floor - which suggests this is waiting to move into the £2.30s.

Caution at the moment would be my analysis as this could quickly swing either way!

@Oracle - thanks for the post (it's TRENNERS btw) - I am unable to add anymore at these low prices in the SIPP as I have no more funds available to use this year.

I agree this is a shakedown and - in the great scheme of things - £3.09 is hardly marooned (compared to others) - but it was shocking to watch the SP implode so quickly!

I didn't panic sell on Friday and my gut feel is to hang on rather than crystallising a loss as it's in my pension and I'm not ready to retire yet!

I'm hoping to see some stability arrive tomorrow - but I fear that's a HOPE and not a guarantee!

I agree Sheltie - only thing to do is trade this company as it's a busted flush as a long term holders investment and I am amazed that any II is actually holding this!

I made the mistake of putting some of my SIPP cash in at £3.09 and am now marooned.

I don't think the sell off was remotely justified based on a loose comment from an interim CEO at Kroger but I am not prepared to crystallise the loss either.

I appreciate sitting quietly as the SP is trashed was probably foolish of me on Friday - but I didn't think we would see a 20% drop by the end of the day - so I'm stuck now.

Once I've got back the majority of the SIPP money then I'm off ... Hopefully this week ... But I fear maybe not!

It's amazing how a throw away remark from an interim CEO can wipe around £500m off a share - and it's possible that number will get even bigger on Monday!

Gerald Ratner in the 1990s made his own company bankrupt by joking - at an after dinner speech - that his company only sold c**p.

The interim CEO has certainly knocked Ocado for six and has convinced me NEVER to be a long term holder of this stock again!

Hopefully we will recover and I can exit - although I fear I might need to wait a few months with an average of £3.09!

Ha in profit last Thursday and absolutely wiped out Friday!

Horrendous pullback over at Ocado - but like CPI - it's goes up quickly (from £2.30 to £3.95 within a matter of days) and can retreat just as quickly!

I think the Ocado and the CPI sell offs have been overdone and there is plenty of good money to be made from these levels for the patient investor .... as Warren says ... The stock market is the patient taking money from the impatient.

@Marcus - well it's the St Leger tomorrow so I guess we can expect the traders to be back at their desks and we know that UBS have added 6% of the stock over the summer.

Reaction after August results was overplayed on low volumes and we are expecting announcements re closure of the lose making pension business shortly.

Also not long until the end of the year now where we should have FCF again ....

@aim - very luckily for me - I sold all my Ocado holding yesterday at a profit ..... unluckily for my wife - she is still holding Ocado so her pension has taken a bit of a beating today ...

Luckily for me (again) my wife doesn't follow the stock market and doesn't know she's invested in Ocado otherwise I would be in for a beating too 😀

I'm sitting on my hands at the moment re: Ocado as I think the technicals are suggesting a visit back to the £2.50s (which is partly why I bailed yesterday) .... but medium or long term this would be a good entry.

@aim - it doesn't feel like a pump and dump trade now that UBS continued to add more shares yesterday

It feels more like a new II taking a stake in a business on the cusp of recovery

Hold on to your hats everyone because the (UBS) money seems to suggest we will be rising shortly!

Also ... It seems the RNS relates to the purchases being concluded on 5th August which would certainly explain why the SP pushed upwards quickly as soon as the results were issued (to £2.95ish) and then retreated just after lunchtime and has been retreating ever since.

II confidence here though is imperative and UBS getting involved can only be good news!

@rolex - that's just the sort of news we need to get this moving again ... Can't believe we are still at 16p (old money) ... With so many good things scheduled to happen here towards in just a few months now!
