So now it's Monday. Results cover same period as last year, but they need a month longer to publish. Note both this year and last years are audited. There is obviously a lot more info that they want to get out to the market following the T/O as BYOT do not tend to release that many RNSs other than the usual results and trading updates. I hope it's not a delay to put lipstick on a pig as that shouldn't take long. I think they have waited for something to be monetised to tie in with the finals so they can give more accurate market guidance. Not a bad approach. I normally like to let half ride and then if dust average down on the spike down only if there is cash and more drilling to come. If it’s a success I let my stake ride and buy more during the dip that usually follows. Lots of ways of playing it even down to bet what you can afford to loose and let it ride. No right or wrong answers, all strategies help make a market.

What I don’t like is when insti’s subscribe in a placing, short their own shares, sell them and then buy back cheaper as PI’s bail out. That’s just not cricket but unfortunately one of the ways of the so called big boys.

Mmmmm he would say that wouldn’t he, it’s just that the folks with the money don’t agree! Seen this before in XEL where the bondholders miraculously ended up owning the asset, now TCG has gone same way as Carillon.

Results next Friday, I think they have been delayed to time news from takeover benefits. In the main directors here in at much higher levels, sure they have options but I get the feeling they are pulling all the good news together to give us some great guidance in the results. The numbers will be historic it’s the guidance and synergies that the market wants to hear and I’m optimistic. But this is aim and even good numbers and great guidance can count for little or a lot. Who knows but I don’t rate it a sell, that’s for sure and I don’t expect the doors to be blown off either! But I think we’ll be surprised and get a little lift. Trek.

4th option is Rights Issue. Shareholders plug the gap with new equity. At least we have the shares rather than institutions getting them on the cheap and then shorting their own stock before dumping the shares to buy back cheaper OR worse still letting parasitical bond holders charge extortionate interest rates so they can end up with the co on the cheap, like XEL!

RI is our only hope.

Look at the trades by volume tab on HL. Lots of indicative buys above ask. I have no idea where the mm have got the stock from to fill those orders. I can only assume that some institutions are cashing out half on a recent 100% profit.

320 open, not bad. I think we can expect some ops news once this settles as somuch in pipeline now.

I get why but it does annoy me when our companies go down the multiple broker route without clearly stating what each will be doing. It’s almost as if they are checking each other’s homework and hence a waste of money. I think they should say if each are working on distinct areas like potential future alliances (merger), asset valuation (sales) or possible growth areas (accretion) whilst not detracting from bau activities (lights on).

No surprises in results but growth in bioplastics looks very strong. Placing announced 15%ish at 300p, a good price imo. Hardly surprising given headcount, but what is important is the order book and demand for bioplastics. Got a real international reach and international companies are seeking out this sort of material. Not sure of market reaction today but if there is a drop it imo is a great buying opportunity or average down. AIM is used to raise money for high growth stocks which imo is why investors should build a stake over time. I am excited about the future of this co, it has good leadership and a production product that is in demand.

Agree very poor opening and not exactly singing from the rooftop RNS. I think the tone will improve as the story unfolds, TR is defo not a ramper! Either that or we are being discounted for operating in a political unstable area subject to government inconsistencies and an irregular tax regime unlike much of Africa or South America!

There is so much going on with this SP, the drop below the results and now the sell off following this excellent result.

Imo this is a great entry opportunity now as we should be north of 10p and anyone with an average of sub 8p should be ok to sit back and watch the story unfold once the sp settles.

I have placed buy orders at 8.2 so I can just enjoy the day after the great results here and at HUR and TXP all in one day!

What a result and the bonus is “Touchstone has no reserves associated with the Coho-1 and Cascadura-1 wells”. Given the “significant potential upside” I think you’ll have to put up with me for a bit longer! What a day TXP, MATD and HUR all in one day. Of course a crp RNS from Lloyds though. Wanna stay away from them dodgy blue chips! Lol!

Absolutely reach, one often forgets as it behaves so much like an AIM stock because of the liquidity. Of course the difference is huge as we are subjected to a much higher level of regulation and accounting standards which should an ETF wish to portfolio us is so much more attractive especially as we are in the crypto space and of course any of our coins can be audited as mined and not from any dark sources. A good reminder.
