Of course the more complex instruments include warrants to double protect the position and ensure those ‘stupid’ shareholders that have financed the co all this time get sd all in any fire sale. Of course a raise could have terms that include no shorting but then how would all the suites benefit!

Good find itsyou, agree we should get an RNS. I can see the worlds airports moving to this quickly as they resurface just because of the downtime savings. I especially like the mayors comments around cost savings and the foot note about Iterchimca which clearly shows a low cost speedy route to market for Directa.

What psses me off with aim is those that have been in for 7 years loose out to those of 7 minutes! I know what I let myself in for but it still psses me off together with the lifestyle execs.

Bit of a concern around sufficient existing holders buying at 75p if the price is less on the open market. Remember the last placing flopped on a narrow discount. However, it may be that by the time you factor in dealing costs and spread it will still cost in. I also think that if PI’s don’t have them someone else will. It’s all gut deel but I reckon as this accretion is cash generative it feels so different to other AIM placings. The RNS really gives a good breakdown of intent rather than just the usual insidious spiel to keep the lights on, we just may see a significant rerate once it’s away. What an exciting Co to be invested in. I shall have my 1:38 irrespective of the price.

I cannot believe the MM haven’t taken the price down, they probably have an RNS alert so are expecting something today. Downside v upside from here is just too risky imo now. They have had the weekend to get this sorted let alone the days earlier. My guess now is the merger has reveal stuff in the books that was not scene before. Obviously all speculation and that will persist until they get their finger out!

I’m sitting tight. A share placing to drill if successful may not have the negative effect peeps expect. Even if we raise to a 50m MCAP it’s small numbers if the prize comes off and don’t write a farm-in out at any stage. It may be watchers are waiting to see if we start the formal noticing before they take Bpc seriously.

I have been in and out of this stock over the many years and all I can say is when I was out the FOMO was overwhelming! I’d rather just let my punt here ride now to death or glory!

Anyways disappointing SP action imo. I was hoping we’d be at 6p now so I could meaningfully average down. AIM has been hit of late as there are safer places for speculative money even in insurers and banks following the ECB decision to loosen monetary policy and resume QE. Peeps will soon cotton on that that is one of the reasons to hold BTC. I note at Atomic wallet has reached its 100k download milestone. An BTC appetite indicator against a falling price.

The long squeeze teed up to coincide with bakkt launch has caught many traders off guard with massive selling as trading positions have been triggered and that has resulted in an element of contagion across crypto in general and momentum selling in BTC. I think it will be short lived and it has probably been orchestrated to some extent by hedge funds to build lower positions in the regulated framework.

Couple of things here is volume is our friend. To illustrate when the halving ends many years in the future we will live off trading commission. A little like Plus500, you note how their SP reacts positively to a high vix, in either direction. It’s the trade that counts.

The other point of note is that the sp has held up against a wider market given we have seen a sell bias of late. Remember in our world 10p to 6p is no big deal at this juncture and if you are long and don’t have the stomach for that then this may not be right for you.

I will be buying next week as now have funds but was hoping for 6p. I have a target number of shares in mind and am salivating at the impact this BTC price action is having on the slower less efficient miners. Anyone notice how (and my sympathies to those caught up) other travel agents and airlines benefitted when TCG failed. Well it could happen here only at this rate there may be just one tour operator left standing and further more there are no more planes for sale!

This is better. Such an attitude represents more focused behaviours on costs and vfm. It is an improvement on my past observations of ‘corporate tourism’ which to my mind send the wrong messages to shareholders and the market. One can smell good corporate behaviours and financial focus at any negotiating table and it tells people what you are really about and that you are a team ‘we’ want to do business with.

Could this be why he, our new CFO, is taking his time, get this back to 3p then on trajectory for those strike prices? Be interesting to see if volumes pick up on Friday.

Looking like the second Elliot wave, it’s trough should be higher than the previous then we will be off again, probably the halving will coincide with a breakout much higher than 10. Be interesting to see if that is the case as it will point to a new high and self fulfilling buying pressure. So if the trading views are correct we get to shake out the less efficient miners and get a head start on the next run. If the trough is extended there will only be a few left standing. ARB being one.
