The chart break out indicates to me that the placing shuffle is now pretty much complete so the buy side should take over.

AI and robotics are just in time. They will free up people. We have a terrible demographic.

Still silly cheap here - any t/o for safe would need to be north of 1000p imo. Just look at chart. Assets are still there and been growing. This economic soft spot will pass. Now is the time in the cycle to buy imo. I think Blackstone know that!

I grabbed some more NESF under 60p. Xd soon, around 14/11 of 2.11p.

It normally runs up ahead of the divi. Yields an insane 14% atm paid quarterly.

Should be able to get +2p in sp before the xd and leave some in for the divi. Then may buy some back a few days after the xd dip depending on SP…. Genius! lol!

Sure it’s only for a few pence but I figure easier money than some of the AIM high rollers plus can go in bigger knowing if goes wrong will get a 14% divi equivalent to offset against any loss.

Well I just added 6800 in two trades. Price just silly now.

Yield is the trusts raison d’etre so I think the dvi is safe as long as the current 1.1-1.3 cover holds. Been another good run of sunshine as well!

Plenty of time to act on the Reform threats which will be tied up in legal contracts and the country will need even more energy with the new data centres!

Just sold mine at the bell - Trump at it again. My average was 203, 12.19% yield but figured with the drop into the close will be able to start again later if not I made 18% which can be invested elsewhere.
