Bit of PR, I am not a fan of Paul Hill’s interview style, IMO he talks more than he listens, but I am pleased to see SAVE come out No 2 on the list for 2022.

Mind you if you pick 200 companies you have a good chance!

All said if SNG achieve statistical differentiation for their covid therapeutic then it’s probably like stumbling on 5CF of gas 100% owned! And SAVE are ahead of them! Wow!

Not looked at AGL for a while but 6 of the others I hold or have recently traded. Funny how we seem to end up in the same place!

In terms of risk reward SAVE and TXP will take some beating. Watch out for HEMO though, on the bounce and set for a good start to the year and then there’s LND, No 12, MRE due v soon. It’s then up for sale, the directors want to cash out. There are of course many others.

One or two solid performers can make all the difference and I think those of us in SAVE and TXP have earned our stripes during 21 and will do well with both over the next year!

Could be same day, could be next trading day, could be a bit later. Nomad will communicate with LSE. There are often exceptional circumstances. If the deal is moving forward and an end is in sight then my interpretation is there is not a hard cutoff whereas if they were nowhere near closure that would be a different scenario.

A guess but I think SAVE we’re ready. The dates may have slipped for another reason.

For investors, open the bottle anyway and get another for later!

Interesting, today I can sell 400k in one go! Can also buy 100k.

Not seen such good liquidity especially on sell side for a long time.

Hopefully another shareholder missive in January to breakdown what we have left behind and what we can expect this coming year.

Actually there are quite a few examples as long as the volume is low. If you buy or sell and then look at google finance you will see it reports the last trade.

So on low volume stocks with larger spreads you often get that sawtooth swing as the last trade is reported. Happens on ONC lots. Can show us up or down like 8p in a day when it’s only the spread on one trade!

Directors sell for many different reasons, tax, house, news etc but they only buy for one reason!

I will be adding in the New Year. Just waiting for LND to hit news as lots tied up there for now. Hoping ONC will still be under £2 when I flip!

I haven’t posted here much of late. HE1 is just ticking along after a set back.

I explained my concerns previously about redefining the project and it’s finances as now ‘phase 2’ when those £10m funds were previously earmarked for....

· Appraisal well drilling: £2.4 million

· Enhanced well completion: £0.5 million

· 3D seismic programme: £3.8 million

· Feasibility Studies and licence fees: £1.2 million

· Additional operational contingencies, working capital and expenses: £2.1 million

In place we now have phase 2. It’s ok I get it. One has to change and react as data changes. No one foresaw the complexities of the Karoo. I sliced a load after loosing the drill string banking a significant profit but I left a foot in the door. We all, well at least, most of us change our views as data changes.

I am looking to top up here as I still have faith in the project and in DM. That has never wavered. I just did other things with my cash in the interim.

I am, however, waiting for the cash position to be clear before I fully invest again.

£8.7m on the books at last October is imo not enough. Go back to April 21 and they raised £10m when they then had listed (from memory) and had more than £10m on the books from the IPO but still needed cash to achieve the points above.

Those points haven’t changed. They are still there and cost money over and above the new phase 2.

Mobilising a rig and drilling on land going by my TXP experience is around £6m. This should be cheaper for in country costs and it’s shallower. Bug it depends on where the rig is coming from.

If it’s over land through Mozambique then it’s the same squeaky bum as last time. We have to see but I think it’s still going to be in the £5-6m ball park. We have also burnt I would say well over £1m on admin, note £2.1 was allocated before + 2D extra’s since last Oct.

It’s not fumes but basically I am saying we will need cash sooner than many may think.

I think after the 2D results they will raise. They can’t bank on hitting shallow horizons with a water drill as if nothing comes in the SP will be lower.

Get the 2D’s, a SP pop and bookbuild.

I doubt it will be 10p this time. But let’s see.

I am waiting for the cash to be clear before adding so sat on my hands and I don’t mind paying more. Some folk have to think about that.

But I also think if ALL comes good we still hit a sp of.....

I genuinely would like to thank all on this BB for being able to hold balanced and respectable dialogue throughout 21/22. LO, Legal, BCB, cash, AQ, mental et all... Thank you.

Lots of very good posters here.

I am no stranger to vitriol on other BB’s but I do try and say it as I see it. Yes sometimes after I have made my trades but I think that is a vindication of one’s POV.

E,g I note the rise on AVCT today. The money there was to be made from 30p to +200p. I sold sums twice in the 200’s and when I posted I had, like I said when I bought, and explained why, gosh the stick I got. They then placed! Now folk think 200 will be a great result!

I don’t get em all right but I am doing well. I honestly think though working your average on AIM/smallcaps seems to be the better play. Reacting to data both organic and macro and not just buying and holding.

The only one where buying and holding would have defeated my trading method is SNG. There I started with 50k shares at under 30p. I have taken out my investment over 3x now and on reflection even though I still have a few and have done good things with what I sold. A buy and hold would win. But what a bumpy ride!

I really hope ECR turns out to be a massive win for buy and hold! I for one have spent hours here copying and pasting all the warrants and options data from one screen to another so I know exactly the corporate structure. Hours!

ECR has all the ducks lined up and it just takes one drill! We just need some results or a JV, but JV needs field results.

Get that one hit and if you are out you won’t be able to get back in here cheaply as imo value will be credited for pretty much everything else.

Don’t fall in love but likewise don’t fall out of love if the company is doing what you think is right.

Hence, if you are able it’s worth keeping a foot in the door. Even a small position to average up or down from.

That’s just how I see this company and this market after many years of swimming against the tide. Now I try and select when I think the tides will turn and try and grab a few nibbles when can.

Yes I reduced and posted why I reduced. Isn’t that the idea. I still have a decent holding.

I had no complaints today for posting on HEMO about building a position and caught the bottom as the shares popped 20%. You can check there.

I explained why I bought and why I reduced. What’s the difference.

Still long on ECR and other stocks but I have never hidden that I hold a core and buy and sell a % as data changes.

If the SP goes to 2p on this news happy days. If it drops to 1p I can feed back in. Each to there own but I have significantly reduced my average here and my losses over what has so far been a terrible year on small caps especially mining.

Armani, I am tbh getting frustrated. Yes I trade a pot I sold 2x500k on these results but I have a lot of shares here. Took some off for now, they were my sub 1.2 buys. But I was asked not to no longer comment on trades!

LO, I agree. the pic shows narrow veins. The idea was to target the orientation with the diamond drill and then infill with the RC. With my limited knowledge I don’t see on this plan or previous results any significant structure for infill. The quartz seems narrow and the splay of the drill orientation is actually not that diagonal.

If the company continues to pump out these low grades and the website says “Delivering the Next Multi-Million Ounce Gold Resource in Australia” then as a holder I would like to know just how these results align with those aspirations.

We really could do with a solid media update. Just seems like a poke and hope at HR3!

As for the sad passing of Craig and the SP decline. Obviously it’s been a set back but the decline had started beforehand and had there been clearer, not necessarily better results we may well still be above 2p.

We have some pivotal financial dates next year which could decide funding one way or another, assuming no JV. They land in July. Obviously a JV will change everything but it’s, like I say with my limited knowledge, looking more like Creswick delivering the golden nuggets!

I agree with you mentalmax. These results are not startling. I get the horizontal drilling but they would also need to prove thickness even just one frigging drill result!

I don’t get why some folk always seem to need to ramp. These are similar to the other results that took us down to these SP levels. The jury is out on HR3. We really need Creswick to come in now.

For me the encouraging bit was Tang’s comments. They clearly read the BB’s, have noted the commentary and responded.

That’s me done. Average 1.67 had to pay 1.7 for last buy! Still happy days. Honestly one tries to build a position when all around you seem to be loosing their heads and the stock suddenly goes nuts! Don’t get it, just weird.

Anyways, bit of a plug but DYOR. IQAI looks like it has bottomed if anyone wants to check it out. Nuff said.

What a good snapshot. She seemed very excited and confident. She already knew that it extended life expectancy and in some cases the cancers disappeared all together. GaM also offered treatment over current standard of care, chemo.

Phase one around 20 patients, then phase 2 to start quickly after if safety is proven.

There has been a lot of info on safety so far so I am quitely confident.

SP should, theoretically, move in advance of commencement of clinical trial in Feb 22 but let’s hope we have news on other fronts ahead of that.

I have bought 2 x300k today. Can’t believe how quickly the SP moved between two trades. I broke them up to supposedly get a better price!

I guess things can go up as well as down on low vols.

Don’t think the market has absorbed the last news yet. Got enough for one last buy in case it pulls back to sub 1.6 if not I may just chuck in. We’ll see.

That give plenty of absorbing time and the SP misses the rocky low volume ‘holiday’ week.

I think that scenario would suit most Investors and there is latitude within the admission rules. As I posted the links before the 6 months is vague. The nomad would be able to articulate a case for the gap.

I think Adam’s decision to buy on market was a clear signal to shareholders of his confidence in these deals. I believe he did the same last December.

They still have to hold the options shares two years after exercising them. The final vesting period is May 2023.

I note that none of the BoD have claimed the 200p strike price. I can only guess that they are waiting for the full term. If they grabbed the shares and sold them it’s almost self defeating as director sells seldom go down well.

I would be more than confident of seeing £3.50 here by 31st May 23. To take the money off two years after that could be more attractive to them. Especially as another scheme would likely be in effect in the interim. The market would also view any sells then as ‘job done’.

The scheme details are in the RNS of 11th Sept 2020.

This scheme has tough SP targets that are directly aligned to shareholders and SP milestones. It is not some Mickey Mouse scheme often seen on aim that is regularly recalibrated for a down period of the SP.

Furthermore, I do not believe these directors are multi millionaire lifestyle execs. They are genuine hard working executives and in the case of Adam a hands on scientist.

That’s my guess as we will never really know.

It looks like a regular dump of 10k blocks at the end of a low volume period on news to take the price down.

Stop grabbing or a short exit strategy?

Someone playing the long game and grabbing stock?

Or ‘the market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent’?

Or DYOR and recognise that this is a cash generative huge pool of oil. For sure there is more work to do but it flows and it will be trucked and longer term industrial commercialisation.
