I am hoping the fund raise generates some liquidity- I could only buy 2 x 1000 shares near the close. More than 1000 was NT so had to split up just to get those!

Hoping to get more later.

I just added to LEX they have loads of gold 10m ounces inferred from memory and 2 JORC’s. Just got a fundraise away at 4p. I was waiting to add below 4p but not been able to.

I think the sector is due for consolidation on the back of the gold price. Many of the smaller stocks have been left behind. It’s really only the produces that have rocketed. But they will be looking for land. LEX and ARV both have top postcodes and resources and sit next to producers.

Just a question of when imo!

I was hoping for below 4 following the fundraise but it doesn’t seem to want to go.

Could easily go back to 6 again as this has been left behind!

I would be surprised to see takeover activities in this sector now and with millions of ounces + JORC someone surely would want our land!

I would have thought UKW would have a part to play in this. Perhaps they can part fund by selling treasury shares to infrastructure funds.

Look at the metrics between analysts sourced and public sourced data. So take a where in the middle and the market comes up with a 14m mcap! lol! All because we don’t yet have project level funding. But with US grants that will follow.

Just a case of being in early and watching the story unfold. This tier 1 deposit is economically viable and way too big to be left in the ground!

I wouldn’t worry about the strike price. Institutions are able to use so many mechanics to capitalise on a placing and selling at a discount. E.g you can open a short/CFD and know the price will be reach when you sell stock so you loose on one and win on the other. Can also forward sell in advance and buy back for less.

There is no confidentiality- insiders/those in the know or close are tapped up in advance so they know how to play it.

This is why accelerated book builds are closed often the same day as the money is made available in advance.

For sure it’s not fair but it seems it wouldn’t work any other way. They simply wouldn’t have funds available in time and wouldn’t be interested unless they could mitigate risks.

PI’s are on their own. The regulators (MAR) are useless and don’t even hold up TR1 compliance.

This is a casino - and it hurts at times - so place your bets and spread your risks!

It’s the multibaggers that make it worth it!

Lex - I agree tro - I have been holding there a while.

Had a few nibbles buying in 3’s selling in 4’s. They just got a placing away at 4p. That’s churning so in the buyzone close to 4 imo.

Jelani in SA is a monster - it’s in the goldfield there. 10m Oz’s or sommat like that. Then they got US assets which imo are being boxed up to sell.

That’ll be a huge sp catalyst but atm mr market see’s its potential only - it don’t produce so why attribute value to Jn ground resources

That’s the challenge for most aim tiddlers. But an inflexion will come when the bigger players flush with gold derived cash will just grab land.

That’s why I am holding tight onto ARV - that and LEX got tier 1 postcodes and proven gold!

They won’t RNS - why they are not playing by the rules. Was it from memory over 10% of the company changing hands and no TR1’s - can’t be arsed to look back at my workings!

Now they say let’s tell the market all the great news about the metals price and hide in that the bondholder delays and the CLN conversion. That way b’ we’ can say we told the market.

And note how the RNS has more frigging caveats than my posts! lol!

Just bought in.

I see this going ebitda positive on the finals. Only just adverse atm.

But revs increasing with the VIAV JV. VIAV have rocketed on the Naz!

Director buys at much higher sp and 10m in cash plus a divi is plenty of protection against dilution.

With sp down here and 5G take up plus 6G functionality this screens takeover at this price!

CLX -mi expect a run up towards finals in May there Tro… 73% margins, director buys, +10m cash, maiden dividend, only 400k ebitda adverse and looks to go positive. Working with VIAV on Naz and their shares have rocketed….

More still it’s 5G testing + 6G testing! , from military to universities and everybody loves a cloud!

Sp on its arse but a tech bounce will be backed by fundi’s.

Watch and buy ahead of finals imo. I just bought 5k shares to get a foot in before my TA run up to results. Then may sell the news!

I read that which seemed odd. I thought if I was given stock that was 100% up in a distressed asset I’d sell half and have a free carry.

But then if the stock is free which I doubt it’s all a free carry!

Question is and we don’t know ‘is there a lock in period’. If not we are betting 100% are keeping all their shares.

If that is the case great and obviously they must then also know something we don’t.

It’s just some added mystery!
