Looking at those big round number sells today I guess, and that’s all, that FAB have sold into any liquidity to free cash for another CLN.

Whilst the company continued to run on grants, La hospital and IB revs/royalties they will need more to get ready for a phase 2.

Trevor has also now created headroom in his holdings for another issuance which would fill that space when converted.

That’s my read and the urgency is to get it done soon before next steps are announced.

If TB wanted to sell it would likely be assets for stock, the whole or part of the company which is worth more than the SP.

So expect a FAB RNs and later a CLN funding prob just 2-300k imo. Then should move up again.

Ops wise just gets better with time imo.

Hi worya,

I made 6 trades yesterday three buys three sells all for small profits. That is an unuhigh amount for me in one day. Obviously my capital is still in the red and the close yesterday has meant that I have further to go for evens which is now 994.02.

I started with 10k shares in new money and sold half of them when I got to profit which was just after the consolidation.

At the moment I have been using cash to buy and sell the daily pattern. On one trade yesterday I only made £45! But I have had many others where there are hundreds of pounds profit over 1 or several days. Sometime i would have have lost on the day but still sold and the bought again cheaper later.

I did the same at PHNX to get my average down and am now well in profit there.

Another example. Yesterday I sold PXC and can now buy the same number of shares back for less and could have £500 in cash as the cost of buying those shares back would be less. So I have the same number of shares at a lower SP and £500 in the bank!

What I have done with DEC is an extension of that hypothesis.

It has the effect of bringing down the average price. But you must watch the bottom line in terms of how much did you pay overall for the stock.

You also have to accept that some you will win and some you loose. It only really works if you don’t mind holding the stock. Hence I only trade stock that I want to hold.

Ironically the worse situation for me would be selling 100% expecting the SP to drop and the stock rockets leaving me out or having to pay more to get back in!

Hence I only trade a percentage depending on the volatility and price vector. Atm the vector has been overwhelmingly down meaning pretty much any sell could be bought back cheaper at a later date throwing off cash!

Hope that helps as I genuinely think the ethos of the BB is for PI’s to share knowledge and views which may hopefully be of use. I know other posters have adopted this method to survive in this casino! We need all the help we can get!

I was asked on the Tecan BB to comment on today’s price drop….

If TB gets a couple hundred k away and stays a tad below 30% I really am not bothered. It’s seriously better than tapping the market at a huge equity discount, look at HE1! And you have to ask why does he want all that stock!

There is still only 191m shares in issue and the fully diluted amount isn’t much higher. That’s pretty good for a clinical stage biotech. Look at Hemo, apples and pears ops wise but similar financial journey. 1.18bn shares and not on phase 1 yet but similar sp.

A tenuous connection but you get the point.

It’s ok I haven’t panicked.

I just figure that they are down to the wire on finances now. Isn’t that what refocusing means. I mean they stopped the work on nav creek something we were all looking forward to and are now just told! And in the same breath…

“ The Company endeavors to meet the timelines it develops for itself and shareholders…”

And that’s the point they make their minds up as they go along and have strung shareholders along unnecessarily imo. Had they been upfront for sure we would have had a lower price but at least the spikes that caught many out and stranded them would have been avoided!

I will wait for them to replenish the cash buffers before I buy back in. Yep I accept the bond could land at anytime but it actually looks less likely now than ever. Q3 earliest imo and that’ll be after a Riverfort bridge.

I just think better off on sidelines for now as short term it’s more likely to go down than back to 20’s!

Tiz a fact that those running the markets mostly get paid for via trades. So in low volumes especially they need to drive volatility. Pretty much at any cost! So shares move up and down disproportionately on low volumes as MM post schemes with the LSE under MiFiD2 to insight trades by using low numbers transactions to move share price and or ALGO trades.

The buggrs also run bets alongside their own books!

It’s why when only a couple of % of stock is traded they can move it down +10%!

No one gets paid if punters just hold!

The US exchanges have more volumes so one doesn’t get as much of this. That said I have been trading DEC which is dual listed and it seems the London behaviours have infected the US listing albeit the US volumes are low!

Now 994.02 sells will hopefully kick in in the money if the BB coincides with US open. That will leave my core holding back on the average with cash to go again if I choose.

Average now 994.02, could be blue today if Hokey Cokey BB coincides with US open!

Been a good opportunity to average down if it goes lower I will just trade it down again.

Now 1k shares over my average pool ready to pull out this afternoon then recycle again.

23% yield after taxes in my ISA so even a 50% cut which is extremely unlikely imo that’s still a good income!

My last trade 964.8482 a buy for 500 shares may just have hit the bottom!

Average now 996.385, posted my trades on Tecan as this board has been invaded by shorters!

Could be the opportunity of the century of the most stupidest trade ever! I am leaning towards the former at this price!

Remember anyone following, as it’s my sole intention of posting to hopefully help, ‘hold and hug’ fellow PI’s, I only need greater than 965 to sell 500 shares for to profit on that trade not 996.39. That bit will hopefully come later.

So whilst obviously one looses a bit on the original capital expenditure one has a much lower recovery point. That pint gets lower with each in and out trade! Plus I have 1000 more shares atm which is my trading pot. These haven’t lost money but have been used to get the average down.

And not to forget there the air over of at 58p divi that’s been declared!

Ps I picked up 1400 in Caml. Will flip more in there later. Near bottom imo!

Pps sold my pxc today. Down slightly overall by about a penny having bailed for a 2.2p loss at a tad under 17p. May buy back there later but I see the price going lower as per my post there.

Ppps held my nerve with Phnx 499 was a buy

Pppps added to mng at 215 and a bit!

having been taken in here by the bod for 180k shares i reduced, traded my **** off and now out with my last 50k shares as a loss of around 2.2p and out!

sorry i see this going lower and i may buy back end of q2. it depends. i feel sorry for having been previously bullish here.

imo this is as good as another update on the bond finance and riverfort insofar as it doesn’t mention it! they have just said it’s gonna take longer. more time = more money so be ready!

remember as well as riverfort which will be increased they gotta pay the bond coupon and probably have cash on account to at least cover the next one!

investors are being asked to trust the bod which is fine but they haven’t earned that now imo.

don’t get me wrong it will probably get done but from where i am sat more like done from under 10p than 18p! so i figure i am best on the sidelines.

yet another miner that has failed to deliver at least so far!

Back in again with the trading pot at 976 and a bit.

Average now 999.80. Bingo! I think!

Hopefully rises into close and I can pull out the trading pot again or not. Got cover for one more buy.

I started at Dec with an average of 2400p (120) bought for yield. I now have a few more shares at an average sp below 1000 on a falling price and my bottom line on the pf is as near as the same.

Obviously ones looses if it goes tts up but huge gains if it turns like PHNX did!

I placed some sell orders on DEC following my buys below 965. Got 971.9 for the sell I set at 970 and 980 for another smaller sell. The others which were at 990 and 995 expired as I thought they might.

But matters not I made money albeit on a relatively small amount on exit from those trades and it’s dragged my average down ready to go again or not as the case may be!

Dec- got some back at the bell below 10.

New average 1017.

So even if they cut the divi in half that’s an 11.44% yield in my ISA after US taxes!

Also if, and I hope not, the Sp halves I have now reduced to a more sensible level.

The math shows me Dec are fine. The sentiment and uncertainty around legislation albeit I view much of it as nonsensical creates an opportunity depending on one’s viewpoint.

But from an increasingly precarious macro perspective (grant shapps, times today) US gas could actually end up being one of the safest plays on the market! Also Nigerian oil, which is one of the reason I back SEPL.

Short attack imo on the back of pending legalisative changes to tax methane emissions in US.

I doubt it will happen though. Divided house and election year plus DEC are part of the solution imo.

I sold 40% last week at 1100p. Posted it here.

Bought some back at 1019 figuring 1020 bottom but according to google it went to 980 today!

I will grab some back under 1000p if I can. My average is 1023 ish now.

If I can work it below 10000 and reduce on a spike I will be happy!

Think I last held here about 2-3 years ago! It held up well during covid. I sold out though as the awful news from Italy started to drip in. Can’t believe it’s 25p. Was 50p last time I bought! Had this and VRS which went from 13p to 180p from memory and yet I always thought this was the better company.
