I have already taken my pill and cast my vote by selling every ODX share I owned.

I wish everyone else would do the same and put whatever money you can recover into another better stock and get your lost money back....and then some.

I wish folks all the best whatever decision they make but trust me Jag is not going to be the saviour, he was part of the team that got ODX where they are now.

They have played all share holders, me included, like a fiddle and will throw so many positives at you in the upcoming presentation as they are desperate to not lose any more of their investors who remember are all PI's!

There are no II's in sight and now we know why!

I said the following on 8th Feb before the official RNS on the 11th........"I feel the fund raise is nailed on but ODX are claiming that they can wait until they choose to pull the trigger. If it is done in this manner, in a controlled way when the SP is a lot higher then obviously it bodes well but my fear is that funds are required more urgently than they are letting on and they may not have the luxury to decide when they pull the trigger. A desperate fund raise at these low SP levels will be suicide imo."

It was totally obvious through their own previous RNS released on 31st Jan that a fund raise was going to happen. They actually released that first RNS to try and calm the markets and squash the rumours.....the problem was.....they were actually confirming that the rumours were true and it plunged the SP even more.

ODX then released an RNS on 3rd Feb about the CE mark in order to try and recover the SP which had a very slight positive affect on the SP.

Then having told us there was no" immediate" need to do a fund raise only 9 trading days later on the 11th of Feb they announced they were doing one......oh and also selling off their Alva site to the Chinese to pop a cherry on the cake.

No immediate need to do a fund raise my ar5e! It would have been a done deal when that first RNS came out on the 31st Jan! Does anyone really believe they just decided to commence a fund raise, sell the Alva site AND find a buyer and negotiate terms in the space of 9 working days!!!!! It was already a done deal simple as. The RUMOUR turned out to be correct so I would suggest there are two kinds of rumours.....ones which are incorrect and ones which are fact... This particular one was fact! In fact I would go further and state it wasn't even a rumour but a "leaked fact" which merely got confirmed via RNS on the 11th.

Swag....they got rid of CK which speaks volumes and the shares, which had reached 113p in Oct 2020, (I know as i had purchased a tranche for that price) are now trading for 5p.

We really should have the boards heads mounted on spikes. I won't be investing again in ODX out of principle even if 5p is the bottom. They are intent on having a chance at sweet talking folks at an "investors meeting" but I would urge caution.

Plenty of money to be made with far stronger, better run companies than ODX.

For those still in I genuinely wish you all luck, as for me, I lost my initial profits in ODX and then some with this recent debacle. Yes, others have suffered in this sector too but ODX are the stand out lemons unfortunately.

She came out of the blue way back and starting having a pop at me unprovoked. Never knew her, hadn't heard of her, hadn't mentioned her......yet there she was having a go.

I started to take note and noticed she does it a lot, it is her way. It's all there if you do the research.

I trade in tranches Kate....I have NEVER stated that I purchased all of my holding for a pound but since you want the micro details yes I did actually buy a tranche for just over a pound at one stage, but I also bought a load of stock in the 40's and in the 50' and in the 60' so when I eventually cashed in, which was early April 2021, it was in the 80's and I had a nice fat profit, not as fat as you probably are, but fat enough for me to cash some of it in.

Your brain only works in black and white doesn't it Kate.

The lesson here is a simple one. When you enter a position and it starts going against you it is difficult because you have to do something that most people don't like to do.....admit that you are wrong!

Yes stocks fluctuate and most times they will come back to rescue you but these straight line descents are quite literally killers and we are all left wondering why we stayed in and never bailed out earlier as you look back on this horrible downward trend line!

It's because stubbornness kicks in and you keep on holding in the hope that it will turn and that you can state you were right all along.

You start to argue with individuals that you don't even know on a BB who have a contrary opinion to you and this simply fuels your resolve to hold your position.

You then start bickering with eejits (like Kate) who actually have the same position as yourself, a holding in the stock and a common desire for the SP to rise.

Warning signs then appear which you ignore. (I admit the warning signs are always more obvious with hindsight)

FOMO then engulfs you.

Lesson learned.

For the record I made £12K with ODX initially. I was late to the party and started taking positions in ODX in Sept 2020. I top sliced and cashed in with a good profit of £12K around the 2nd April 2021. My timing for this was shear luck really as I cashed in before the new financial year started for tax purposes (so that I did not have to pay any!) .........I should have called it a day then and totally cashed out but I kept a small holding, stayed at the roulette table, and as it declined I began to average down in the belief that it would turn upwards again. My initial dabble in ODX was under water for a while but that turned around and in the end made me £12K so why should it not happen again? However on this horrible return journey it never really turned upwards did it as the bad news just kept on flowing, and I finally bailed out yesterday (far too late) nursing a loss of £25K (so an overall net loss of £13K).

I still count myself fortunate as I can absorb such a loss, and the loss is partially offset by other more successful investments that I have, but my sympathy's go out to others whose losses are hurting them right now.

I think there are a few other more fundamental things that have gone on with ODX that is deterring buyers to be honest with you!

Yes, but there is no trust anymore.....and therein lies the dilemma!

Swag....when there is major activity around ODX.....whether positive or negative......all these newbies turn up with their agenda's.

It's like all the new members at a Gym in January........by February they have all disappeared!

The fact is we have all been fed lots of misinformation by this company. No matter how galling it is for me to admit it, but JAdam called it right when he smelled something wasn't right with all the directors selling at the beginning of last year.....they would have known the SP wasn't sustainable at those £1.00 levels. It was so coordinated, I am kicking myself now for ignoring the signs.

You are right Kate.....to someone as thick as you my posts will appear unbelievable.

If someone sells in the 90's there is nothing to stop them from buying in again at over £1.00 if they feel there is momentum building. If it then falls there is nothing to stop them from averaging down. Your problem is you make assumptions and your understanding is limited which is a bad mix.

Nothing wrong with locking in some profit and that does not mean you cannot dip your toe in again as and when you want regardless whether it is higher or lower than a previous trade. The markets keep on moving Kate and I have said it so many times you will never get your entry and exit points perfect.....it is impossible!

The other consideration is the size of trades. If Trader "A" has a position where their average holding is 80p and Trader "B" has an average holding of 15p you may think that the first person is deeper trouble when the SP reaches 9p. That is due to the way your blinkered tiny brain processes information. You see if the first persons overall investment was only £100 and the second persons was £100,000 then the reality is the second trader is in a jam even though their average holding appears healthier!

I am now currently holding a loss with ODX.....had I been a Billy Liar do you not think I would have made up a better story for myself!?
