Like I've mentioned before ODX and RR are my losses. They represent about 5% of my trading. Indeed I got back into RR on Thurs morning and sold just before close and I won't say how much i made because that is vulgar but it was enough to keep you supplied with Tena lady for the rest of your life.

I have tried to be nice Kate and held out an olive branch....you can go back on some of my recent posts to confirm that. You however cannot help yourself from sniping and digging. I post messages which have feck all to do with you, don't relate to you, don't mention you but still you cannot help yourself but to get involved.

Remember at the very outset that is how this started because you had a go at me out of the blue....I didn't know you and had never mentioned you but you thought you would interfere and stick your nose where you shouldn't. After that you simply turned yourself into a victim due to my reaction. Typical woman, gets involved and then cries to the police when the nasty man has a go at her.

Kate, I can post my thoughts on here whenever I want to. I wish I had taken notice of others way back when the SP was higher but did not. I thought they had a hidden agenda but it appears they really didn't, everything they said about the company and in particular about CK and the board turned out to be right.

You have offered nothing but sniping, whinging, moaning, having digs, asking question, contributed nothing at all. That's your character and trait so crack on. I know you are still holding and I fear for your position but still wish you genuine luck that it may recover. If it does I feel it will be a very long ride.

I am happy to warn people about ODX as I think it is a company to now dodge. I can absolutely see how others may think it is cheap as it hit £1.15 around 15 months ago but the reality is it is now revealed itself to be a company run by untrustworthy shysters.

She is excellent at putting forward structured, logical, compelling and constructive rational for investing in ODX.

Whatever amount you were going to invest in ODX I would advise you to just get the cash, bury it in your back garden and dig it up again in a years time.

I realise it sounds uninspiring but trust me you will be thanking me for the advice in 12 months time.

I cannot see the SP recovering with their current business model.

They will continue to run out of money and within 12 months they will be returning to the "The Bank of Mugs" for some more cash.

That is true......he wouldn't have known, he wouldn't have been one bit concerned about any rumors circulating about him, he wouldn't have been bothered about checking his e-mails or what he was going to have for breakfast.....because he is dead!

I see your point Swag....indeed it was true over that weekend, and confirmed as such on the Monday via RNS.

But untill it was confirmed on Sunday that the actor had died on Friday ,it was still a rumour on the Saturday as nobody new on the Saturday it was a rumour.

Yes you are correct....it was a rumor on Saturday as there had been no official confirmation. However the point to focus on is the validity of the rumor.

Was it an unfounded rumor or indeed a factual rumor. That is the important key to the Marik argument. He was stating it was a rumor therefore it was not fact! He tried to convince us on Saturday that the actor was not dead as there had been no formal announcement when indeed the actor, unfortunately, was deceased.

I am not arguing that on Saturday there is a lot of speculation about the actor (we will call this rumor) but it was a fact that he was dead.

I think the word "rumor" has this stigma to it which infers it is "made up". Speculation is probably a better phrase to use.

Not the case at all. Fact is fact and cannot be changed. When the information is released about the fact does not change the fact!

For example an event might happen today, like a famous actor might die. Tomorrow there may be speculation/rumor about the death and then on Sunday there may be confirmation via a news article.

Just because everyone found out about it on Sunday does not mean that the rumors the previous day were not true, and the event actually happened on Friday. That is the fact, you cannot argue that the death did not happen on a Friday purely because you didn't find out about it until Sunday.

You're argument only stands up if the rumor turns out to be a false rumor.....in this instance it was not, it was factually bang on the money. It was quite simply a "leaked fact"

Yes my timing in the second half of this match was crap. I was 1-0 up at HT and basically got beat 1-2 by the time my full time whistle blew.

I have used this word recently......but we sometimes get STUBBORN.....and it's as simple as that. It is hard to concede you are wrong. It is even harder to accept that you must take a hit and accept a loss.....before the loss gets much bigger.

We take a position in a share and have belief and hope that it will go up. If someone then comes along with an opposite point of view it is unsettling. We can consider the counter arguments rationally but sometimes we simply attack the concept as it does not match our position.

Jadam was point in case.....he got lambasted when he flipped from being pro ODX to selling his lot and posting negative messages about ODX and the massive issue he had regarding the directors selling. He turned out to be absolutely correct but he got tarred and feathered for his change of heart. Everyone thought it was a scam and thought he had an agenda. Yes he did have an agenda.....to protect his money! It seems he was trying to help others too but it turned ugly.

I tried to protect him initially as he came across as an intelligent poster, though our opinions were not aligned as I was still long and felt there was still potential with ODX, and the BB started to turn on me. I wish I had taken notice of him back then tbh.

His argument about the "rumour" was weak......we all know now it was in actuality a leaked "fact"

He did have some supporters on this site however!!!!!

I'm nearly down what 3 of these directors are willing to put in ,so I feel rather stupid ,hopefully will get it back in next two years of working
