With hindsight the board had a very coordinated selling of shares spree when the SP was high.

I cannot recall any of them making any purchases since then, apart from maybe a token one by CK which in relative terms was for buttons.

They saw value in selling in the 80's/90's yet no value in buying at 5p.......says it all really.

Yes....in CK's case the opportunity was to take early retirement.........I'd be very happy to earn his money for the past few years and then get the boot with my bank account loaded.

There are no reasons to invest in ODX anymore. However I would warn anyone to take any future "positive looking" RNS released by ODX with a pinch of salt.

I feel a very carefully written RNS is being manufactured as I type by ODX and will be coming to a screen near you in IMAX and Dolby DTS quality ........... I think the Americans call it a "Hail Mary" !

Yes, I understand.....and for 54 years and 307 days I had not shorted a stock either! I have been short however for around 5 days now and strangely enough after what I have been through with ODX I don't seem to feel any guilt.

I suppose if a board wants to get their act together with a good business model then we all want to be on board for the ride upwards and we support them with our hard earned. If a board gets it badly wrong and couldn't care a less about their company or their business model is it not fair to be able to show your lack of confidence in them by holding a reverse position?

Let's put it this way Swag....if you could short ODX from 5p down to 1p would you? Would you think it justified to get your money back?

This is spread betting as opposed to holding or selling actual real tangible shares so I am unsure if it really affects the actual market price.

These are not recommendations but I have positions in KEFI, SBTX, BMV, CEY, AAU, OPTI and a few others.

I actually opened an IG account last week purely to place a short position on CINE. I have never shorted before so this is all new to me.

Interestingly enough there are a lot of AIM stock (ODX included) that you simply cannot short as IG refuse to accept a short position on them......no surprise that those stocks seem to be the ones that are struggling and have dropped sharply recently.

I do intend to use this feature as a "guide" or "indicator". For example if you wanted to place a long position on a stock it maybe wise to see if you can open a short on that particular stock? If you cannot then that may throw up a red flag for you and you may wish to reconsider whether you want to buy it.

and don't be fooled by the previous heady heights of the ODX SP.

Had investors (aka mugs-me included) known the truth behind what was actually going on behind the scenes then the ODX price would have been dropping from the March 7p price rather than sky rocketing on the Covid wave.

Their core business has actually been battered over the past two years so their true value will be well below 7p plus there is a massive dilution being proposed. I therefore strongly believe the current 5p SP is actually on the optimistically high side.

Be careful not to be lured in by the recent higher historic SP for ODX as it was simply a mirage in a desert of deceit & lies.

Folks will want their money back....totally get that..... I do too.

If this board can turn the fortunes of the company around then voting "yes" may appear the better of the two options. A feeling that you need to just draw a line under the position ODX find themselves in currently and trust that they will turn this mess around.

My opinion is they won't, the board are corrupt top to bottom, they aren't to be trusted. Investing in shares is an uncertain world but what I can guarantee without reservation is you will witness a thousand fantastic promises and assurances during their next presentation......It will be toe curlingly cringey.

I will get my losses back without a shadow of a doubt.......but ODX is no longer factored into that plan.

Truly amazing! There are certain ground rules to adhere to when being critical of others, especially if you are likening them to 12 year olds.

I'm not telling people to to do anything.....do what you feel you need to do.

What I am saying is don't trust the board.....don't believe anything they say in the next presentation.....and take it as read that they are a bunch of liars and have self serving ulterior motives.

As long as your decision is made with that in mind, whether it is a yes or a no, then that is all I am saying.

They are utterly desperate for this to go ahead so they are going to blow the highest quality smoke up your ar5e to try and achieve what they need.

I understand peoples attitude that you don't want to cut your nose off to spite your face but really this board of directors are not to be trusted.

Some people on this board don't want to look at history in order to make decisions going forward. So does that mean if Jimmy Saville was still knocking around you would be happy with him baby sitting your kids......I would hope history would dictate that you tell him to sling his hook.

Oh and by the way Goonerboy.....I trained with Arsenal for two seasons back in the early 90's during the George Graham era when they were still at Highbury. (Unfortunately I never played for their first team)

If I thought this would rise I would get back in. At the moment it is a definite no.

I have chosen plenty of successful shares too but why would I mention them on the ODX BB. My ration of picking winners is far higher then losers......indeed RR would have been a winner if I had hung on. I simply don't feel that ODX can climb out of this mess.

Put your money in Essity Kate.... then you can make money every time you leak. Win Win really.

Mani....I sold up recently too......but I have paid circa £13K for my ticket and I suppose Swag has too so we have earned the right to express our comments.

I no longer go to the football match anymore to support my team.....does that mean I cannot have an interest in them anymore and check their results from time to time.

Maybe it is the opinion/message you are uncomfortable with rather than the fact the poster no longer has skin in the game. Also maybe they may take up afresh holding should things change for the better.

What facts do we know about Kate......She is a landlord with properties, broken her leg 30 years ago, age around 50 to 60, votes conservative, has a holding still having failed to bail around the 50's area which she threatened to do, uses tena lady (but she ain't no lady), one of her properties was damaged by sewerage, she likes contacting the FBI if she thinks someone has upset her, she asks lots of questions as she has an insecurity complex and doesn't really know what to do and therefore is seeking assurance from others. She also likes to have digs at others and formed a very quick bond with Magik Marik who appeared in a puff of smoke recently like a genie out of a bottle of meths discarded by a vagrant.

Most importantly she offers nowt to this BB, never has, never will.
