You know what they say about accountants......they know the cost of everything and the value of nothing!
I think Ajay is a "her" not a "he"......anyhow over the past 5 years their average stint with an employer seems to be around 6 months so I wouldn't read too much into the fact they left.
You are sincerely welcome oleric.
As the directors made their purchase anon3 heard them say....""I'll buy some more shares as you never know; some miracle may change things."
or maybe the directors have a bit more insight in what's coming down the line?
anon3......Thinks this share is rubbish yet continues to hold!!! Is this really a wise investment move?
Let's see what his decision is based on "I won't sell, as you never know; some miracle may change things."
Wow! I think I may just follow this trading guru as he seems to have one sound investment strategy. He is so credible I fully understand why he comes on here and criticises others.
Hat's off to you too oleric.....you have no more interest in this share having sold yet you keep returning to the board to help all those who continue to hold see the errors of their way.
Well done oleric.....some may mock you and say you are a sad individual with nowt else to do but to linger around this board like a bad smell ...... but I say hats off to you, keep up the great work.
"We already know it reduces wrinkles"
If we have another trading day like Monday I'll need to start using the stuff on my worry induced wrinkles :-)
Nice to see the SP recovering slightly.
A "passive" RNS which doesn't excite with lots of news regarding contracts etc can have that affect on an SP.
The RNS was as I referred to it yesterday "underwhelming". Not necessarily bad but not full of the goodies that some short term investors wanted to see and hence the floodgates opened on the selling button.
I am glad I topped up yesterday and just hope this isn't simply a dead cat bounce on an oversold position and we see some stability return to the SP. I mentioned yesterday that I thought the placing price of 16p would act as natural support, let's see.
"Blue finish on the cards, who would have thought that first thing this morning."
Yes that 2nd RNS has just steadied the ship........LOL. :-)
There is a delay in the "shares traded" info but in around 15 mins you will see someone has purchased 40,000 shares. That was me. I am happy to hold and actually happy to top up at these prices.
The RNS was underwhelming yes, but it was no disaster and this drop is a bit overdone imo but time will tell.
"1st post. Writing style very similar to TraderBuckie. Suggest it’s the same person."
beinthelead is now a forensic handwriting expert!?
I wasn't aware I had so many accounts, I thought I only had one!
beinthelead....."I warned of Tom Winnifrith here nearly 2 years ago. The guy is a charlatan. TraderBuckie is one of his dupe accounts. As is Truant2tb. Both pumping this stock at the expense of genuine folks."
I am unsure what you are "in the lead of" but it certainly isn't fact. I am not TW and though I am aware of him and I have previously subscribed to his blog , I am no longer a subscribed member and haven't been for over a year.
As for the RNS update, it is a typical "holding" RNS as there are no important crucial contracts to be announced and we all know their "in house" sales revenue is not why folks are invested.
For me two things need to advance very quickly in order to turn this SP around, the securing of this multinational partnership (which is the change of strategy which caused the fall of the SP last year) and the Croda partnership needs to advance and start producing actual revenue. All this potential needs to be realized as investors have different tolerance levels and many will throw in their chips if they start getting the impression that this potential is continually getting kicked down the road.
I actually thought 16p (the recent placing price) would remain solid support and it is disappointing to see this breached. I am invested and like others I was happy to witness the SP starting to creep up recently and hoped it was the start of some positive news flow and a steady increase in the SP. Unfortunately a few weeks later the SP has halved so investors are hurting and will be justifiably concerned about their investment.
"That is the importance of sentiment and the fuel of sentiment is communication."
I would argue the fuel for sentiment (or at least positive sentiment) is actually contracts and revenue. If the "communication" is negative, then that's not the kind of sentiment I am hoping for.
I am anticipating some insight into potential revenue streams from this impending update.
Bel/Oleric....now you are big boys so please don't hide behind your "We are only posting constructive arguments pro's and con's.....for and against" as it is complete BS!
You are totally bearish/negative with Skin but linger around like a bad smell claiming you still have an interest and that you are trying to make balanced observations. The truth is Bel has bailed out and states he has a little bit stock left which he intends to offload soon. Oleric has totally bailed as far as I am aware and yet he returns to the scene to sow his seeds of fear.
How will you both feel should this SP start to rocket? I have no doubt you will simply say you have bought back in and continue to post negatively with a sprinkling of positive crumbs in order to try and maintain credibility.
In my 37 years as an investigator I have discovered that a person who is lying will inevitably throw in a few truths as well in order to try and create an illusion of credibility. Bel is akin to a Trojan Horse currently whilst Oleric is a fully fledged bear who attacks the stock from a stance that he "knows" this and "knows" that and trying to peddle his opinion as "fact" when really it is simply an opinion.
Thanks for your observations Oleric.
I actually believe that you are speaking the truth, and nothing but the truth, especially when you say...."I have absolutely no idea". I totally agree with you.
And he was a very very wise man imo.
"An wise person once told me never assume. "Anyone who ASSUMES makes an ASS out of U and ME"."
Bel......You misheard this wise person......he never said "Never Assume"......he actually said "You are a buffoon!"
"Why do you think the share price is now 20p verses previous 23p then Buckie. Its certainly not due to buying. Easy to ridicule, but I'm actually talking sense."
Bel, the price recently hit 16p and 12 months ago it was circa 50p! Why? I would take a stab in the dark that it's because it is out of favour and there has obviously been a lot more selling over the past 12 months than buying. Now that I have explained how the stock market works what's your point?
My point is if you ain't happy then sell up. If like me you see a bright future for this company then fill your boots at these prices. Can it go any lower.....yes. Can it go any higher.......yes, a lot higher imo.
Bel...."However I'd be daft to reveal any exit strategy publicly, as it could easily be taken advantage of."
Eh! Do you think you are Warren Buffet?
My statement was not really an invite for you to express more negative comments.
Do yourself and everyone else a favour and sell up. (Remember not to broadcast your sale just in case we all take advantage of it!?)
Bel,
Instead of gradually reducing your holding, why not just sell up?
You seem confused to me. You state that you are throwing out some positives about the company whilst also stating you are offloading the stock and expressing your intention to offload more due to all your perceived red flags!!! Your sprinkling of positive input regarding the company is really contrary to your actions of selling the stock.
Let's be clear, you are negative about the company and fear the future is bleak otherwise you would not be selling. Any positives you try and introduce will always be overshadowed by the fact that you are a seller of the stock and therefore you are pessimistic as to the companies future.
