Strange I must say. Saw the drop and then saw the red dot over the RNS and just assumed it was negative unfavorable news.
I read it, read it again and then topped up with another 10,000 shares.
Reading this board you would think the price had slipped 7p from 16p to 9p!!!
Over a few weeks it has actually steadily climbed 7p from 16p to 23p.
Now to keep the momentum going a nice positive RNS sometime during March would be welcome.......Let's see.
I've topped up a little on that dip with another 10,000.
Problem is with a share like this is the spread is never friendly.
5 straight blue days and the sp is still only at 3.5p to sell!
One word....desperate!
When it dips it usually takes out several days of tiny rises in one go.
Karl...."Hopefully they're will find some news that will make them happy"
"they're will" !!!!! Hopefully you can go back to school and try a bit harder during your English lessons.
who's crying.....?
The person who bailed at 12p and now the SP is 3.5p to sell? or the person who didn't bail and is now stuck in this perpetual groundhog day loop of the SP ping ponging between 2p and 4p!
Karl (possibly one of the muppets reincarnated under another identity)
"I see there was another 3 million confidence buy yesterday, now being processed on today's lse."
Here's the other side of that coin Karl.....someone was also very happy to SELL 3 million shares. Let's see who is the happier with that transaction going forward.....my money is on the seller.
Karl "But shows confidence and in statistics terms : no company that I aware of has gone bankrupt after a directors buy in"
I don't think the company will go bust so this must be a good place to invest my money!?!
So what if this share trades between 2.5p and 4.5p over the next few years? Good investment? Never went bust but never made you money either! With their track record this outfit is not where you want to be piling your hard earned!
Board meeting minutes...."Let's appease our mug investors by using a tiny fraction of our profits that we made from selling when the SP was up at £1.00 to buy a few shares now we have sunk the SP to sub 4p"
Pocket change to these suit wearing sharks!
I never got a visit but did the honorable thing and presented myself at the local station. I said I am handing myself in for being nasty to faceless person on an internet chat room who goes by the name of Katie.
They really weren't interested and told me to p155 off.
Quote of the year so far........"Gutted I sold out at 40p now."
Yes you could have been quids in Spank.theMonkey if you only had some patience!!!!
Odys....."So tell me, why isnt the CEO amateur? why is he doing a good job. Id love to know."
So tell me why are you invested in this company? Id love to know. If you think the outlook is so bleak then my advice to you is sell and move on.
I am concerned about the SP too and it's not where I wanted it to be or expected it to be but I am sticking with this investment for at least another 6 months in the hope we are bottoming and are about to start heading north. If this funding raise is for the reason we all suspect it is then there should be a very positive announcement in the way of an RNS which will lift the SP price significantly.

"Who Dares Wins"
Yes, I read a few of these posts when this was trading circa £1.00. Who dares doesn't always win!
"Can you summarize or better still give a detailed analysis why it is high risk at 3.5-4p or even overvalued?"
Well you would be backing a board of directors who sold out at the highs and have been in charge of the company as it has dropped around 97%!
I totally get why some may think it is now cheap and therefore worth a punt but you would be investing in the same board who have orchestrated the demise of ODX. You have faith in them then take a punt but I would suggest given their track record it is a high risk investment.
You can listen to people like Pinkie who simply wants a Christmas miracle to happen and just comes onto the board to try and shut down the dissenters.
oleric....I am frustrated we seem to be in the dark and so much speculation is sometimes not healthy and leads to more confusion.
I take solace in the fact that the ii's have immediately filled their boots on this offer so hope they have more insight to what us private investors have and are happy with what they see.
Floridajoe.....thanks for the link.
I note the lady in the article........I do hope we aren't having our pants pulled down too!
Having assessed overnight and seeing that the placing is actually done and complete with full take up I have topped up this morning with another 20,000 shares at a buy price of 15.88p (slight further discount on the placing price)
No funding worries....at least in the short term....now I do expect to see some rabbits getting pulled from a few hats over the proceeding 6 months otherwise that may be it for me!
Just revisited the interview of SA on 2nd Sept by Elrico. SA was asked directly about funding (He was actually asked "How much are you raising") and his answer was very tactical saying he would "never say never" and he "didn't need funding to keep the lights on but would consider funding if there was a strategic reason that makes sense"
I am 100% convinced he knew back then that he was planning a fund raise.
If some think having a fund raise (which is what a placing is all about) is a positive thing for a company then I am honestly surprised. I certainly do not think it is positive in the least and tomorrow's SP will, I feel, support my opinion, unfortunately for me since I am a share holder.
Also.....the SP has been grinding down recently as investors sell with no official news in the public domain. Why?
Has there been a leak? or do we believe in coincidence?
