Yes I worked on the tills in retail for a couple of years....absolutely I did and thoroughly enjoyed it ....I was 17 and just starting my employment journey and worked with some lovely people. I think you are, in your dumb way, referring to "Ratners".....and I am very aware of the Ratners situation because at the time of this speech I was employed by H Samuel and Ratners had just merged with H Samuel. The Ratners brand was untouchable after this speech so all they did was turn their shops into H Samuel stores and kept trading using the good reputation of H Samuel instead of the Ratners name that Gerald Ratner had ruined.

History does tell us about the situation.....ODX have never had it's back against the wall as much as present day....it has never had to sell off the family jewels before to keep the lights on but at present that's exactly what is happening. Companies go bust due to bad management and poor products and financial climates.....and it matters not how much history they may have behind them!

If they are spending more than they can create and their cash is running out and their loans are being pulled then what do you think is around the corner?

and don't read too much into directors buying shares at 3p with a fraction of their profits from selling at circa £1.00.

The issue is that people are now fully aware that this company has little left now the Covid angle has gone. Add to which we all know the board are not to be trusted due to their previous antics.

I have said it before but I fully understand why those who don't have true insight into this company may think the SP is too cheap and the drop overdone.....I get it. As long as people do a bit of research into the history of the company, the history of the desperate rampers on here who haven't got a brain cell between them, and understand that this share is a big huge risk even at these "perceived" low levels.....then good luck!

My prior warnings to this point have been correct, fully justified and hopefully may have helped someone wasting their money by investing at a higher price level. If that has been achieved then the posts were worth it. We are still rock bottom at sub 3p so if people want to enter the ODX casino and take a position then so be it. The risk is clear but it's your hard earned so good luck.

The reality is there is nobody on these BB sites with the clout to make a share move substantially.....even tiddlers like ODX. It's like taking an elephant down with a pea shooter.

For clarity I have no problem with someone coming on here and making a logical reason to invest in ODX.....the simple reality is they cannot as the company is dire.

Failing that I have no issues with anyone coming on here and stating I am taking a punt on ODX....it looks cheap, I realise it is a risk, but I am going to go for it. No issues at all with this stance and good luck to anyone in this camp.

Bottom line is if you feel ODX is a recovery play then get stuck in and fill yer boots...... I have seen nothing which tells me they have now got their game together.

A few token buys from the directors means absolutely zilch.

I note the recovery play seems to be getting mentioned by historic long term holders.....which to me smacks more of "hope" and "desperation" rather than a fresh set of eyes taking a look at the current position of ODX and seeing something there worth investing in!
