I think that the liquidity crisis is squeezing the MMs and they are going to have to move this up to 50+ to attract any sellers.

A couple of weeks ago the bid briefly touched 42p to drop back to 41 end of day. At that time the offer was 37p now the offer is 40 but the bid at full price is 42p. The pattern shows a reluctance to rise too quickly which is a liquidity issue. I am in no Hurry and see this as on course for my £3 target in November. I don't think that we'll get much help from H2 18 figures as expenses should still be high but I expect H1 19 to show increased revenue from early orders. 2020 income from sales could be $20m as the market turns to solutions.
However I standby my idea that a major will want to buy these patents and technology. They have funds and a lot to lose if aceNIC100 moves from the edge to the data centre. David is making it quite clear that Ethernity are focusing on the edge not the data centre. That will be political but it is going to change.

It's from the trend reversal and expectation. This run is good to low 80's. Serious news of sales from mass production is needed to go beyond. That will be late spring I suspect.
Next is MWC which will bring news. Then we will have news of mass production for the Nic with vrouter. They will add to the software for the Nic soon. More security options I think.

If it was a buy at 20p then it was only £22k. There were several of those. Who knows if it was a sell or not or for what reason. The seller could be dead forcing sale or liquidating for many different reasons. The market needs more sellers to allow any serious money in. Currently iii will deal on just 2000 online. If it was a sell then it has been soaked up by all the buys unmatched.

I can't see a sell at 38p. I can see a trade at 39.5. Which platform are you looking at. I suspect that the MMs are quite desperate for stock and have paid mid price to take some on. Certainly they would not be offering a discount for a larger purchase given the illiquid state of this share. I can see over the last 3 months 5 shares bought for each 1 sold.
Buying in quantity is near impossible.

It is an article from last year. I spoke to one of the sales team at Lanner Inc and they said that the FX3230 was selling well. As I say I don't know how many were sold or how many had the smartnic option but potentially each server can fit 4 smartnic. Now they have the vrouter software to add.
We do not know uf Lanner are making the acenic in house yet.

The Lanner inc server appears to be selling well. I wonder how many have been paired with the smartnic from Ethernity.

We know or rather do not know specifically who our Korean manufacturer is. I assume that they will be the Asia manufacturer of their server with our nic and virtual router. I guess that we will see a US OEM in due course. The US technology is 6-12 months behind the leaders in Asia.
Ethernity in Israel are well placed to feed both markets and avoid any party politics.
We may see European production next year depending on demand but that could be managed from Israel I guess.
We will see the OEM and ethernity marketing the product. How much of the $6000 comes to Ethernity I guess depends kn the exact combination of products. Certainly it will be a decent chunk at no cost per unit to Ethernity. The Ethernity part is the USP. Otherwise it is just a regular server.
I think the big boys will have a tough 2019 after a record 2018.
We may see an attempt to buy Ethernity in the near future.

Yes a very good article. Takeaways. Full production starts next quarter, so there is production now. $6000 a unit. Market for the acenic and the vrouter but clear benefit of the combined package. These will not be single unit sales.
We now have other people saying that these products have a market.

There must be a lot of unreported sells as the reported trades show 1 sell for every 5 bought. I suspect that the 25k was a sell but we will never know. I tried to get a quote about 4pm UK time yesterday and max was £500 online at 41.6p. That is obviously a snapshot but I don't think that there is much supply.
As for the financial performance to 31 Dec 18 we know what to expect as they have said 2019/20 for mass production. Certainly the Korean nic contract will be mass production and several other partnerships could end in mass orders and production. Ethernity wholesale design and ideas it takes time for the manufacturers to tool, market and sell their new products with our widgets in. Last years figures will be more of thd same, hopefully increased income but increased investment/spend as they have delivered new products to market.
New products are ahead of the market demand I believe that this year we will see servers sold with our nics and routers. If they hit the broad market it will be hundreds of millions.

Some detective work needed sometimes to locate the product and find news of sales. I do not that it would be right for Ethernity to comment in detail on a third parties sales.

Certainly is an absolute game changer. FPGA nic and v router to dramatically boost the standard installed everywhere server. Millions globally, this is not a niche product application but mainstream. Yes they are reaching mainly to edge applications but these can be retrofitted in any data centre.
I believe that white box builders will storm edge installations with Ethernity products.

Actual spread is quite tight at 38.45 and 40.

I love the idea that it can be purchased in partial form for retrofit to existing servers to turbocharge them or can be bought turnkey for new installation. I guess our Korean OEM will be the Asia manufacturer of that.
The model is awesome as overheads per unit are near zero in volume.
