Ethernity's job now is to build and maintain the suite of products that will broaden the market for the aceNIC100. All these bolt ons come at a price to the end user. They are what makes a out of the box solution bespoke.
The big difference now is how information is reported. We all have to be detectives to find out who these OEMs are and watch their performance for information about our products that they sell with their servers. Full production next quarter but by whom and selling into which markets. Whitebox builders are by nature not high profile but this is described as a Major Korean OEM. Of course South Korea leads the world and there are several major OEMs. They don't tend to market visibly but more exclusively to their audience. However shortly we will see one (at least) with a game changing new product.
Ethernity share buyers will remain niche for the next 6 months and the share price will continue to rerate steadily back to 130-150 in the mid-late summer. Then we will see a cat from bag situation into Autumn and by November they will be £3.

We may see one more contract but they are not how the business works now. The old model was software and firmware solutions but now they will be mainly through regional resellers. The business model is for standard solutions requiring no additional work to deploy. If they do more software or firmware contracts that are bespoke solutions on third party hardware it's because they want the exposure or the cash.
The recent aceNIC100 delivery is not a physical delivery of a product but the delivery of the ability to manufacture and sell Ethernity products with their own servers. Ethernity are not a retailer or goods or services any more they are now a inventor and designer of future technologies. This is how they will have global reach. However I believe that they will be exclusively whitebox moving forward.
So I don't think that they need any more contracts. They do need to engage server builders with large regional exposure. Asia is certainly the first market. America are about a year behind and I expect to see moves into that market soon.
Clearly if a whitebox server builder sells many of their now market leading performance servers with aceNIC100, they will vrouter and VPN functions then we will see huge sales. I believe that the majority will be built by the OEM not by ethernity. Just pure profit from here in.

Good to see that the new product news lands in the inbox after being well promoted last week. They keep pushing the message about the complete integrated solution that is scalable and quick to market. The key metric is that any deployment will be multiple so unit costs must be favourable.
They talk of cost effective and affordable so clearly this is a real selling point. Cots is how most want to go and now cots performance is higher and costs at less than half we will see many turn to whitebox solutions. In fact I believe that whitebox will be outselling all the traditional vendors for servers very soon. This is huge action that Ethernity will get a part of at very little cost or indeed effort moving forward. Global leader with just 50 employees. Someone will snap them up soon. Payday.

Nicely on course for £3 November and 2019. MWC is a grandstand for the new products. I believe that there is much going on for this company now and conversion to substantial sales and income is imminent.

Long way to go for this chart until it makes any sense. Certainly below IPO of 130 it's crazy cheap.

No real chance of being stuck in. It's been tough to buy any for months. Supply is very tight and I can't see that changing in the next 12 months. Wide headline spread to put off buyers.

A interest in the future and a research junky. Not my industry but it is probably on of the best documented sectors and all new so largely untainted.

Likely that yours is routed through a data center and function is performed in the server. With Ethernity it is performed with security at the FPGA. Outside of the CPU and away from your data. The function uses large amounts of capacity and requires more servers to meet demand. With accelerated remote from server functionality servers are reduced, the air cooled space is reduced and power is reduced. Importantly when installing at nodes, the edge or local networks they don't have a large secure data centers on site.
This is VPN but not for users but for those supplying users, not for the current networks but for edge, 5G and ioTs.

This is a different deal to the regular VPN with security that runs in the CPU. This is remote to the data in the FPGA. The perfect compliment to the aceNIC100. This extends to IoT and will also be perfect for edge deployment. The aceNIC100 has evolved from a bolt on accelerator to a completely new level.
I believe that sales will be quickly in the millions. This is capable of generating huge returns.

So the full package is revealed. I have a good feeling that as David Levi said a while ago, the market are going crazy for Ethernity products.

I see that Ethernity are now 50 employees. Building a substantial business.

Next updates will be from MWC where I suspect that they will have something up their sleeve to talk about. Financials will be late spring I suspect. Don't think that they will be super but hopefully will show some progress. This is about looking forward not behind.
I believe that we will see multiple wins with aceNIC100 and vrouter combination. It would be good have mass production in Asia and the US by year end and some early sales figures. Certainly we'll see sales to existing customers and they are likely to be done in the next two weeks.

I suspect that the sells yesterday balanced the previous days. One thing is for sure that supply is super tight

I mentioned a couple of days ago about noisy around the MWC event. This will be ramped up as the event starts. Ethernity are right in the zone with both products, timing and the market.. Forget the first big multi billion players growth is here within the whitebox manufactures. This year will they may take the bulk of the of the sales and it is easy to see if why. X86 cots on steroids (AceNIC100 and firmware) $6000 multicore custom server $20000+ depending on numbers. In a environment with multiple Edge or node locations the savings are huge. The other alternative is equally as poor. Multiple x86 servers requiring cooling and space doing the tasks of one of or two Ethernity combinations.

Yes very strange strategy but some small gamblers are always looking for the next leg up and maybe they see a more immediate opportunity elsewhere. Still it provides a bit of stock for the poor MMs.

So we know how much it costs but not how much of that is for the ethernity tech. Full production next quarter so there must be orders to produce for and I guess that we can assume so production now.
