They said after the OTC listing they would rebrand, this hasnt happened.

Then they stupidly issued a resolution to reorganised share registry where they could issue shares under 1p, this destroyed sp.. They cancelled this resolution but the damage is done.

I dont know where the bottom is for btc, its defo a bottom drawer. History has proven over long run btc price increases.

Well the mkt is not taking note, the mkt cap is only £7.5m but they have £11m in bitcoin and some cash on balance sheet.

Expecting a rise very soon...

As soon as otc is complete we will see the rebrand quickly.

If you believe in btc then v3tc is a good bet as it valued under 1mnav.

Right now treasuries are taking a hit, avg mnav is around 1.5. While v3tc is 0.8mnav...

So v3tc has been hit more harder. Awaiting further news....

We have to be honest and realise this company is rubbish.

Im also thinking about the warrant issue with price of only 2.5p. 100m warrants is a lot considering where the sp is.
