When they ipo'd they did show 2024 accounts, the accs now will be worse hence why they raised $2m.

For someone who claimed they planned to list in nasdaq for over 2 years they havent managed to accumulate members in 5 months.

Wcap currently is overpriced if you see current sp of wshp.

They have not fully launched in US and its been 5 months since ipo. If they continue this trajectory wshp will shorted to $1.

looks like no pump today at wshp, i believe the ceo needs to resign, they planned listing on nasdaq for over 2 years, here we are 5 months in and they are not fully operational and looking for staff.

wshp listed just over 5 months ago the founder was doing interviews at the time and was saying he wasn't surprised the mkt was valuing this in the billions, what bout now its valued at 100m.

If you snooze you lose, the longer they take the more buzz on the mkt is vanishes, its all about subscriptions.

Yes im talking about tomorrow the day before results, if there is no interest to the run up i cant see it surging on result date. They are making very small amounts at present. 5 months in holders need progress.

Tomorrow we will find out which way WSHP goes, we know the Weshop app is live in USA and dont know if its fully allowing members to instantly join or whether they are put on waiting list.

The longer they take the more buzz from the mkt is taken away. The fact they have listed on nasdaq for over 5 months and not made any decent milestones is telling.

Only catalyst i see of there is an imminent WeShop launch..

Yes i am a investor, in wshp, im frustrated with the price falling. The fact that they havent given earning guidance nor when they will actually launch is playing in the shorters hands. If this falls to $1 it will be very difficult to get to high sp.

They need to launch app in US fully.

The pilot scheme in UK was 3 years it was fully rolled out and only managed 200k.

Now if they have launch date very soon there maybe a surge, if they delay it to q3 its just gonna get hammered...

You dont seem to get it dont you, once stocks get heavily shorted in US and they are loss making, dilution kicks in.

With just small income from UK it doesnt justify current mkt cap hence wall st heavily shorting wshp.

You can download the app from US playstore and app store. The fact they tested the app in UK for over 3 years its unbelievable they are not ready for US since they ipo'd in nov 2025.

Yes mkts are forward looking, what exactly have they been doing for 5 months since listing?

Without a launch how can they expect sp to increase?

WeShop has around 200k members in UK and generated $150m in sales in 3 years, US has 5 times the population and lets say as an estimate weshop accumulates 1m users,

$50m per year for 200k members in uk and for US lets estimate it at $250m per annum, total sales $300m. From that lets say Weshop gets 5% commission, thats only $15m in revenue.

For wcap at current price its not worth it as they have bonds and wshp is not worth over this high mkt cap.

Alot of investors will be disappointed next week.

Seriously? Its all ramping an app, but how many members have they obtained? We know back in dec 2025 the ceo stated they are still in test phase.

Just sitting their and talking about future potential is not good enough.
