Before the shell asset they wanted to buy another asset which fell through. You ask youself if they have 60mmboe of 2p reserves why they desperate to buy another asset.

Cas geology is complicated. I think txp overvalued.

For quite sometimes vast majority of raises on aim have been on significant discount. They may have been some at premium but i doubt txp fits the criteria. Struggling and underperforming at Cas wells and the new aquisition was desperation to divert attention their.

Mali are just trying to act like Burkino Faso.

Ethically the deal should be the best for Mali people not kod holders.
