33p a share was excellent offer didnt even let shareholders vote on it.

Neil Herbert needs to take responsibility here, he was the one that rejected those takeover offers. Even PLL have stopped paying ALL.

Why isnt assore putting pressure on Neil? Tell him to stepdown.. We could have sold to Assore for 30p a share but Neil said no. He is on a lovely pay packet, step down or take a paycut.

Directors neef to take paycut, they need to take responsibility for rejecting the takeover offers.

Assore will take this on the cheap. Are directors aligned with shareholders?

Its no longer lowball offer its premium offer.

If a offer was genuine and officially coming the sp wouldn't be down 50% from offer price, i recall when THG had an offer for 130p and sp was falling no one believed an official offer will come.

This gets suspended next week.
