There is no way to avoid dilutive funding UNLESS P1b results lead to a licensing agreement for AVA6000 pretty quick. Been banging on about this for months whilst you lot have been thumbing through your Ferrari and Lamborghini catalogues or whatever dreams of millionairedom you have.

The SP is immaterial, we have a cash runway for years, it’s all about the science.

I suspect that your perspective is different from some of us because I suspect that you have only held Avacta shares for a short while.

I am very old. I also have other investments. I have held for 5 years and have 45k shares so if this is as big as some on here believe, then I would be happy to recoup £450k. But I am not greedy so will probably only invest more to offset dilution or if AVA6103 results are good. That may mean I lose out on becoming a millionaire but as I said, I don’t need to.

So if it all comes good then I’ll be genuinely happy for you and the Pom Pom girls because it doesn’t affect me.

Sadly it was peanuts I bought on Friday. Money committed elsewhere as we approach year end.

I am more bullish now after Friday but it’s still going to be long haul.

Generally today’s RNSs were a rehash of Friday’s with the addition of PFS for AVA6000 which is good but not mind blowing. Oh and pushing back the P1b results update.

In the main my predictions have been accurate.

I have been invested for at least 5 years though haven’t bought or sold for over 2 years except for the fund raise a year ago and last Friday when for me the risk profile changed significantly.

Up to then there were risks associated with cash runway and potential delays to P1b dosing. Both those risks were removed by Friday’s RNSs.

Rant over but stop making up stuff about me.

That is another possibility and as I have said before, that could happen anytime because Avacta(UK) wouldn’t have to meet NASDAQ rules though of course the “shell” would have to be NASDAQ listed.

I am still assuming dilution would take place because Avacta would have to buy the “shell” and in some way ascribe it an SP or the whole process would be pointless.

Taking your question at face value.

Taking a dual listing on NASDAQ requires shares to be allocated to that listing. To achieve the objective and make it worthwhile it will have to be a significant proportion of the market capitalisation. That will dilute our share price.

But you still won’t say what I’ve done that you are calling me out on.

I changed my view on the basis of the 2 RNSs on Friday. Why wouldn’t I change my view when DX has actually been sold after a year of trying and P1b dosing was announced.

Do you just take a stance and stick to it regardless?

I have maintained that it is a race between getting convincing P1b results and needing cash. Friday’s RNS confirmed that dosing had started making it much more likely that dilution won’t happen until the NASDAQ listing. So I cannot change my view when the facts change? Why is that?

Yesterday about 3pm I posted:

“P1b results should get us licence deal for AVA6000 which will fund the real golden goose AVA6103 right through into production.”

One of a number of posts which signalled that the RNS had changed my view on need for imminent fund raise.

So please stop winding me up. You’d probably be surprised on how much we agree on if you stopped trying to find fault with everything I post.

Now that it has been stated that P1b has started dosing there is far less of a chance of a fund raise until P1b results start to emerge. So if you are greedy then you should have bought some more shares yesterday. You will still get in first thing Monday at less than last year’s 50p raise. I am hoping that SP will be above £1 by end of April if we have early P1b results but can never tell how the market will react. As I posted yesterday I see the next dilution now as the NASDAQ listing.

P1b results trigger AVA6000 licensing deal which provides cash to progress AVA6103 et al with NASDAQ listing later down the line. Of course if there is no licensing deal we will need cash from somewhere.

I have never claimed to be well connected so your guess is as good as mine.

I did buy a small chunk on Friday. I’m sorry I didn’t realise I needed to tell you that the RNS had changed my view.

Sale of DX was never going to impact the SP. But it is great news in that it gives us enough cash to progress P1b the results of which cerywill impact SP one way or another 😄

Surely worth another massive calculation now the odds of success have improved?

The trial was extended and modified because of half life issues. CC has more or less said as much - hence AVA6103

Important in terms of big investors but the first results from P1b will tell me all I need to know.
