Also a lesson in language. Personal abuse is directed at the person. Like your last diatribes. I didn’t attack CC personally, I said that she had achieved nothing new. That isn’t an attack on her.

Anyway I don’t understand this vendetta against me just because you were one of the first people to take up the ABDX offer and I made the observation that it didn’t look like a very good deal. Perhaps I touched a nerve. If so it wasn’t intended.

It wasn’t even worth taking issue with the pathetic results attributed to CC. I’ll be impressed when she delivers end of P1 by end 2H24 as originally promised. But we all know there isn’t a cat in hells chance with current slippage. And as for transparency and investor communications, she’s as bad as Alistair. Always been a bug bear of mine that Cancer Research UK have steadfastly ignored us. This is the first mention on their site that I have seen. Let’s hope one of the nationals notices it and does some research into us for the next time they do a cancer item.

Given recent events I would prefer a hands on approach rather than an “absentee” boss. Nothing like walking the floor and the personal touch. I ran programmes of 250 staff and knew everyone of them. Christ she’s only got 30 staff. It’s very disappointing.
