Thanks Johnny for digging into that. Your train of thought invoking RG's earlier comments started me thinking.

Guessing that RG's full time CBO role was demanding, I wonder why did RG actually GO rather than staying as a Non-Exec ? Maybe he wasn't given that choice OR maybe he just wanted to move on OR maybe he sees some opportunity to utilise his knowledge of Scancell's science in the wider world?

A snippet from the MM site a while ago to cheer us up a little - no names no pack drill - "If you research the whole system not a particular thread you will find some on it under head and neck. One I recall had no options left and so far has seen a 55% reduction in their tumour so far. Rumour says a number have gone from progressive to stable (so far) in other cancers. The company involved is Scancell so they may have updates on the trial for anyone to check."

Hi Cleaner. Of course news is coming but I doubt that the tweet OR Marcus' heads up about the other vax project is part of it or part of a plan. But hope springs eternal - we may still get something on the 16 week update. OR something else!

Crumbs it seems to me that AACR and ASCO is just for keeping Scancell's science 'out there' whilst we wait for data.

I admire the patience you expressed but I think it was June 22 that the trial was amended re. the CI twin up and Pharmajet - I guess it's moving slowly and there's no updates. Substituting iSCIB1+ would be fascinating . . . .

Thanks Konar - so new recruits will now be getting the full, safe dosage determined by cohorts 1 and 2 and that's on both the mono and + CI arms?

Wow - safe dose is determined and bearing in mind that a head and neck cancer Patient reported a 55% reduction in tumour width, from 4cm to 1.8cm, (some 6 weeks ago?), I wonder how the 'full safe dose' might have performed.

Today I notice a Patient on MM's kidney cancer forum has signed up consent forms so subject to final checks will enter the trial. Just a snippet. I wonder how recruitment is progressing generally.

Bermuda 07.30 - I think it is an update, a review, of progress at 16 weeks, giving continuity after the 8 week comments, that most would like to see.

That would surely be consistent, if imperfect.

To release scan by scan progress weekly, would be great, (or not), to see, but although this is not my field, I can sense there would be pitfalls.

Wigwammer - yes the SP is disappointing - crazy really - but I'm not sure if it's LTH despondency or a chance to trade for some. IMVHO it'll come good, hopefully . . . . . ATB

Is it not that there might be a review of 16 week meaningful data? Sorry but I have not seen it suggested that a 'report on these 14 patients on a scan by scan basis in isolation' was expected. But I guess I missed that.

Yes Bermuda but it might seem reasonable to expect that to analyse 16 week meaningful data and make it available might take the same amount of time as it did at the 8 week stage? Thus the expectations I guess.

Wigwammer/WTP, I doubt that the timing of option incentives would be a factor in the timing of the release of data when it IS available.

Personally I'm sure team Scancell are doing their best and myself I am hoping we get that update in the near future . . .

With respect Chester I think all the year end means is that the FD and the Auditors are busy. The year end is not a landmark for a change of policy re IR.

The Chairman J M-C is non executive of course. I doubt that he totally 'gets' the science but I think he will 'get' the commercials!

But I agree Chester, there is lots of 'news' potential . . .

AB I don't think we have any reason to expect other than good data from the Modify trials BUT it would be good to know more LOL
