Hello Matt. thanks for your 17.01. It's obvious from your comments that you still have a high level of frustration. Oh yes, we would ALL be more comfortable if the SP was sitting at 50p but it's not, yet . . . . . You say "things have slipped again this year, as they did in 2023". I don't agree. IMO team Scancell have made great progress with trials underway, good data, 4 platforms being evaluated one way or another and now a strong and complete team at BoD level, (as EE observes).

The wait seems interminable but Scancell are operating pushing the boundaries of science and it's obviously, a difficult process! I agree with C11's comment.

Violin - I agree, "It is completely illogical" so why do you say you, " "feel" a higher SP post consolidation would lift the status of Scancell and attract a wider investor pool."

I share the frustration Matt. So what is going on ? Recently and coincident with the arrival of CFO Sath, Scancell imo had a spell of communicating more positively.

Lately many have been many wistful for an interim update on SCOPE progress and here it is, even though unaccompanied by a wave of publicity.

So what's going on? I think the arrival of an apparently high-powered full time CEO is very significant and the organisation may be in a 'wait and see' mode for the moment. But I'd expect to see much more publicity in the coming months. Mindful that Scancell may have a lot more going on than we believe i.e. who knows what discussions may be in the background? I hope the reality is that the Team are all evry busy indeed!

Team Scancell has no doubt been stretched with known activity never mind all else, so maybe, we should give them a bit of latitude for now.

Thanks to the BoD for a much awaited update but imo it IS now time to raise the profile of Scancell. Let's see what M. Huillier brings to the game . . .

Violin - your 09.59 off target and anyway, CEO buying some shares would make bigger all difference to the market IMHO - maybe a factor in the sentiment but of course, the data is more important. FGS, the Guy has only just landed!

I thought these comments later in the RNS were notable !

"Cohort 2, investigating SCIB1 in combination with pembrolizumab, has recruited 9/43 patients and cohort 3, investigating the next generation, iSCIB1+ in combination with ipilimumab and nivolumab has recruited 33/43 patients."

It seems Cohort 3 in particular, with 33/43 recruited, is rattling along nicely and - "It is anticipated that all cohort 3 patients will reach week 25 during H2 2025. This will allow us to select the best vaccine for our planned phase 2/3 randomised, adapted registration trial."

Really encouraging to see the rate of progress and the good data reported from Cohort 1 can surely only help the rate of recruitment to Cohortd 1,2 and 3!!

Re. Violin 16.57 - it's fair enough to say a 'raise' on the 26th is a possibility, as is a 'raise' at any stage. Given past experience - prior notice won't be given.

I agree with Buddha Bob 17.16 and Rob, "Everyone take a deep breath" but speculation is of course inevitable. Why worry? A diluting raise brings initial disappointment but it's hard to bemoan Scancell's past actions on 'raises', given the progress of the science thus far and the potential commercials.

I don't agree with Paul 20.42 that Scancell have created the speculation, (that's us), but maybe they have left the gate open.

EE 20.59 - with respect I find your analogy confusing - why tell your wife you're nearly at Brum when you've reached London?

Inferrence from Scancell's crumbs have been positive. The 25th will be interesting to say the least.

Violin / Mostan - after so many years, I dare say there's many more of us who feel impatience and pressure. Whilst I might sell a few at 50p, I will definitely be holding longer for the bigger prize - after all it wouldn't make much sense after 13 years to cut and run and let someone else get the 'jackpot' so long awaited.

I suggest not acting too quickly. Should Scancell get as far as 50p, that'll probably driven by good data from the trials and in that case, deals will IMO, not be very far away. ATB

Hi. I'm in the Helford river area, West Cornwall atm, Wiltshire next week, Thailand on the 25th. Looking forward to returning but atm, it's torrential rain there most days!

I hope you get your 50p target (at least), but you'll need to be alert as, when the time comes, you might have to act neatly to catch 50p, (as the SP zooms up past that ! ). Hopefully. ATB

Hi Violin, there's been lots of interesting and thought out discussion in the last week or two, but for me, we don't really know 1) what's going on with the buying and selling, 2) what the current state of the trials is, (although we have plenty of indicators), and 3) what, if any, discussions might be going on with any interested parties.

But it's entertaining of course to see all the theories.

IMO, we could be surprised at the pace of the commercials when more data eventually arrives and we may not see the big deal coming AND it could be sooner than we expect.

We also don't know what might be going on in Pharma's Boardrooms around the World re. Scancell. Personally I wouldn't draw much from the day to day details, interesting as they are.
