Hi Ruck. To the 'devotion' bit, Ha Ha ! I've asked Inan to filter you before but he declines of course.

You (and Ivy) often find much to quibble about, you have to admit it. And that BB becomes indigestible as a result. I'm not saying we should accept everything Inan writes but he does have some understanding and makes a lot of interesting contributions, if you can find them!

Some weeks ago I asked you to let up on the Inan baiting, (but to no avail). Whether or not you have a helpful point in any of these discussions is not really relevant. I tried to have a look at ADVFN over the weekend and just gave up. with 178 posts to catch up on. Mainly you I imagine.

SO you have in effect, disabled a useful Forum completely - very few readers will grind their way through 178 posts to find the good contributions from Inan AND others which appear there.

Perhaps you could swallow your pride and restrain your pernickety Inan obsession to allow that Forum to function ? We would all benefit.

In Feb 2025, to attribute the blame for our sub-derisory SP to "just the auditor and their inability to meet a deadline" going back to Oct 2023, is just bizarre and as usual, unhelpful. The BDO situation was unfortunate of course, (but 'we' live in the real World). You have not explained why the SP failed to bounce back, after the Annual Report was released after a couple of week's delay, (and please don't).

Fund raises/dilution, the state of the AIM market generally and Calculus's routine disinvestment recently are certainly likely factors.

I understand your frustration as you are no doubt, 'locked in' to this situation. However, the good times WILL come, but in the meantime, 'patience mon brave' (?).

· SCIB1, a DNA cancer vaccine, reported compelling positive interim data in the ongoing SCOPE study for Advanced Melanoma, as follows:

- 80% Progression Free Survival (PFS) in 25 patients at 6 months with 20% of patients achieving a complete response (CR).

- Disease control rate of 84% (stable disease or tumour regression, DCR) and objective response rate (ORR) of 72%.

These results exceed the reported outcomes of double checkpoints alone where the ORR is closer to 48%.

· SCIB1 in this first cohort now fully recruited with 43 patients and 25-week ORR data expected mid-2025.

· iSCIB1+, a next generation vaccine, continues strong recruitment with 25-week ORR data expected H2 2025.

· Intradermal cohort with iSCIB1+ added to the study to provide delivery route comparison. Early data from this additional cohort expected H2 2025.

· Strategic partnership signed with PharmaJet for use of the Stratis® needle-free delivery securing supply through clinical development and commercial use of our lead product.

· Manufacturing processes for iSCIB1+ improved in preparation for late stage development.

Modi-1 (ModiFY trial)

· Modi-1, a citrullinated peptide off-the-shelf vaccine, continues development in the expansion cohorts of ModiFY study for solid tumours, administered along with checkpoint inhibitors (CPI).

· Modi-1 shows ORR of 43% at week 25 in 7 patients with Head and Neck cancer versus a 19% historical response rate with CPI alone, thereby passing non-futility at Simon Stage 1.

· Moditope® patent granted by U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Antibodies:

· Genmab exercised option to second anti-glycan antibody, SC2811, from Scancell's proprietary Glymab® platform. Upfront payment of $6 million received in total with up to $630 million in further development milestones and single digit royalties.

· Development of SC129, out-licensed to Genmab in 2022, continues on track towards clinical development with further milestones anticipated.

· GlyMab® and AvidiMab® platforms provide potential out-licensing opportunities as well as in-house pipeline build. Active discussions ongoing with pharmaceutical and biotech companies."

In the 'Scrip' piece, Scancell's CEO is the first to be featured! And Scancell admirers, Genmab are 'scanning the market for acquisition opportunities to boost sales'. I think we might be able to help them there.

Hello Violin - sorry, your first sentence - "it reinforces my disbelief as to why Scancell has not been bid for". I didn't follow that. Did you mean Chester's post reinforced your own take, on why Scancell 'has NOT been bid for" ?

I read Chester's post as reinforcing the view that a bid of some nature, will be forthcoming in approaching 'due course'. As Inan posted yesterday, (can't find it amongst the gubbins there), to the effect that it's not AIM that will decide Scancell's SP in the end, but Big Pharma!!!

Re. JPM - it's not 'depressing' seeing big bids flying around for others, it's exciting!!! The figures are staggering . . . . .

Ruck thanks for that link to the Dec 13th Trinity Delta report. Lots in there including the latest valuation at 32 pence :-

"We value Scancell as a classic drug discovery and development play, using a sum of the parts rNPV-based model (risk-adjusted net present value). More details on our valuation, including the unchanged main assumptions underpinning each rNPV, are in our October 2024 Update. Our valuation has been updated to reflect the December 2024 £11.3m (gross) upsized placing and retail offer (we estimate c £10.5m net), Genmab opting in to a second GlyMab antibody (December 2024 Lighthouse), and has been rolled forward in time. This results in an upgraded rNPV valuation of £330m (from £311m), which has been diluted to 32p/share based on the increased share count post fundraise. There are a number of catalysts expected over the next 12 months, notably data for both SCIB1/iSCIB1+ and Modi-1, with successful outcomes likely leading to upward revisions."

So we've had 3 daily rises of 50% in the past - one today would be nice but at 15p still not exciting for some, (3 successive daily rises of 50% would be great LOL).

Scancell's 65.2p in October 2012 was achieved with much less in the armoury than of now.

IMO 30p is not much of an ambition. Another commercial deal is more than possible and then, who knows? But I agree 30p would be good for a start.

I think most of us would like to see SCLP on NASDAQ.
