Heather Shaw talks about other very exciting technologies, one specifically DNA but 'still of super technical background' and working in metastaic settings. These vaccines are not receiving all the Press attention that the mRNA vaccines are. She talks about the virtues of being able to 'lift a vial off a shelf rather than having to send bits of tumour to America' - (wow that's a high impact point is it not).

The 'new build' of this DNA vaccine 'works for everybody' . . .

Johnny thanks for that and also Ruck for your comment. It was particularly worth seeing again - the words from Prof. Lindy as Johnny quoted:-

For some reason I couldn't access the Tube but after fiddling around, was offered the 'log in' and there we are. it works now. Very interesting indeed - my ears pricked up when she mentioned (I think), that awareness of the new treatment travelled around the World immediately, when the first evidence emerged.

So there's hope for Scancell when the SCOPE data arrives !! GLA

Cleaner - there is obvious disagreement between you and C11 on some matters.

But as it stands, I do have to agree with C11 in his comment downplayimg the wonders of AI, i.e. 'Nor in my opinion, will a chat bot" (inferring lack of ability to add something new?). I'm grateful for all the hard work you put in Cleaner, but really, if a 'chat bot' could comment seriously on in the process of accrediting matters at the border of science knowledge, then I'll eat your hats !

Time IMHO that we ban AI generated stuff here - my previous comment to Kashdog was - OVER "estimating AI could make you AI (Another Idiot)!".

My admiration for Prof. Lindy's work is boundless. Moving on, it would certainly be an interesting development if BioNTech did now show more interest in Scancell's science, (at last), but I'm not holding my breath.

In fact, I've often wondered if Sahin has an NIH (Not Invented Here) blindspot where Scancell are concerned. We'll see.

Cleaner I agree with you about the new website - the previous one was much easier to use. This 'update' has been a triumph of 'style' over substance. A backward step.

Re. the BDO, her efforts are likely to be data dependent so it's hard to criticize.

BUT, it seems that since the recent BoD changes, the communications with small Investors seem to have slipped back. That's wrong, many of us have been committed here for a decade or more and deserve better.

That's an 'amazing and SO rewarding' . . . . 'level'of attention'. IMO we can fairly look forward to where that might go! And the data presented in the Poster session will hopefully be available before too long. I'll be interested in seeing the BB comments. GLA
