Smart punter thanks for raising your game and putting right utter mis-information. Once rare earths are removed from the gypsum stacks they are useable by the building trade and completely safe. The waste acidic effluent can of course be treated in the back end manufacturing plant when it actually gets built. The volume can be converted into a solid salt. 35M tons of gypsum waste converted to around 3,500 tons (not millions) of waste from the entire stack at annual rate of 205-210 tons a year. Whatever the metals market in China is doing has virtually no impact on RBW. The Chinese market is unreal any way. The Government fixes prices on everything and at Chinese New Year, hands out the red letters to companies which square up all the debt losses attributed to government policies and their officials which usually mess up the true market for internal Chinese business. Of course the West has a different system to achieve a similar effect, but its not called communism.

The first hurdle is to have the Guernsey Court approval. When the Court approves the company prepares the brief and voting instructions. It will take at least 20 days after the Court approval to have all the documentation and process done.

Earliest time for a vote looks like February if we hear nothing from the Court over the coming week. .

There is a saying, you can't fight city hall. If we get no offer then the argument that it only worth the takeover offer becomes the only game in play. The institutions would not like a fight in removing the board and all that goes with it. The PIs are in a bad place if the vote went no and nobody wanted to pay more for the company. The result on the share price would be ugly in those circumstances as everything would be in a right mess. Hence why a no competitive offer scenario could swing the institutions to vote yes.

If another offer arrives the most likely time is next week. Although it could happen later, the odds of the Patels being alone in the bid increase with time.

For those interested on drilling activity on Shanta I refer to the QA part of the last discussion Eric had with analysts. Drilling activity was reported as being slow and only WK was likely to be published which happened a month later.

Most of the jobs are in healthcare area and the government (local government was 37.000. The data looked recessionary to me.

The change in total nonfarm payroll employment for October was revised down by 45,000,

from +150,000 to +105,000, and the change for November was revised down by 26,000, from

+199,000 to +173,000. With these revisions, employment in October and November combined

Pull back this morning is far deeper then expected and wiped out a very strong support line. Centamin is earning a great deal with a pathway to much higher production in 2024.

I would add Ruffer to Yes vote if no other bid arrives to get their money out in an orderly way. All the other institutions could vote that way if alternative does not arrive. It is touch and go at the 75% mark as things stand if the Patels offer is the only one on the table.

There is a clear rising channel currently in the weekly chart. The bottom and the top of the chart has been tested for a number of weeks. Interesting times could be in front of us. Centamin daily stochastics hit zero today. At some point the selling is exhausted and the energy and momentum reappears in the gold price. USA hits $34 trillion dollars in debt this week. The trillions are mounting up along with the interest bill on debt. Many other countries are also in the last chance debt saloon.

It would be far more valuable if you spent your time contacting RBW as to when we may see an RNS on the back end of operations in USA. Most of us are fed up with antics on other boards that result in utter garbage put on this site. Winding people up is not a characteristic to be proud of it is school room immaturity. Can you try at least to act your age.

Both GDX and gold crept a bit lower after London close and have now edged higher with an hour or so before their market comes to a close. We shall see if the Asian markets handover near London close in the morning. Gold is very near major support lines and it may be possible that the bottom is in for CEY or could soon be so. Tony
