Proven and probable figures overall the same in the reserve total. It is not that huge of difference as one category came down a bit the overall figure in ounces was the same.

I would hold fire reinvesting in gold miners after selling out on SHG. There is a chance of getting into other miners at lower prices. Gold is going down in the near term at least imop, Tony

The Shanta Gold Board made their recommendation on the basis that the gold price has peaked in 2023 and the direction is possibly lower gold prices. If gold prices were to collapse into a bear market how many of us would vote No in that scenario as it would not make a lot of sense. We may soon find out if gold goes to the sunlit highlands as an alternative breakout development and in such an event the Shanta Gold Board has reserved the right to change its recommendation if circumstances change as written in the Bidco submitted papers.

The no other offer for Shanta Gold to date from another source is perhaps a reflection of concerns as to where gold goes in the future. Of course if gold is going down so is everything else along with the ability of many governments to pay their debts.

If the Shanta Board is correct about falling gold prices then we know that the Saturn has to honour what it has asked the Shanta Board to recommend to us.

It would not be a poor outcome for Pensana, if they said they have interim support to financing in place especially if it was delayed six months. If they could confirmed that due diligence had passed and they were awaiting interest reductions and liquidity conditions to improve is when a full build would start in essence in a queue for release of capital.

I am not sure if things work that way on a letter giving future commitment awaiting confirmation of final contract start dates. It is the absence of that kind of document that is testing investors at the current time. Hopefully, you might find the latest from any contacts you have. Tony

At a later date initial test results from the Brazilian resource asset which is far greater than Phalaborwa.

DFS now moved to second half of H2 which is a six month delay. Arises from back end changes in the processing.

Funding programme probably commences after DFS. but construction of plant now moves to July 2025 start date.

An upcoming recessionary environment probably does not harm Rainbow Rare future outcomes and exhausts on-going high grading of mines elsewhere that depress rare earth prices. Still on track as far as I can see to deliver material as rare earth prices rise significantly.

The open pit grade being lower arose as waste ore from the top of the Sukari Hill in stage 7 was reclassified and utilised as it contained some gold. As a result the stripping ratio in Q4 was lower at 5:1 instead of 6.7:1 as in previous quarters. The grade in the open pit should get higher in 2024 and hence probably why they have forecast a 20,000 increase in production. I believe the cut off grade is 0.3g/tonne. Tony

I looked at the unemployment report. A lot of jobs being lost in New York, California and Texas. It looks like some jobs are moving out of one state to another state to cut costs. Nearby states in some cases gaining jobs. Tony
